Love the GF burgers and fries. No issues and we will return. The Server was not very friendly and seemed put off by me requesting GF choices of food and drinks. When I asked for GF menu I was told to look it up on my phone...lol.
I was hesitant to ask about the possibility of having a dedicated gluten-free fryer, but I’m glad I asked because THEY DO!! I was so elated to be able to order fries and that they would be safe. The allergy menu was easy to access by scanning the QR code on the regular menu.
Gluten free buns, lettuce wraps, separate fryer for fries! Also the steak fry seasoning is gluten free! Their website also has a allergen menu that’s helpful. Burgers are cooked on possible shared surfaces, might be concern from some. Website doesn’t list the bacon as safe, heads up.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Great service and food. Told the server that our daughter has celiacs and the mgr came over and explained their process. Even explained that they use a SEPARATE fryer for the fries. My daughter said it was the best GF bun she's had. We will be going back for sure.
We had the best gluten free hamburgers. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free. The bun was excellent! ! You can buy them for 99 cents a piece to take home. We bought 5, they were SO good! We were confident that we were not going to get sick. It was nice to feel normal and not have to explain about gluten free. We got a royalty card because we Will be going back often. It made our day.
I am a Celiac Disease-diagnosed traveller. The restaurant manager and server were very accommodating to our specific gluten free needs. The manager said that the peanut allergy and gluten free needs were the most popular dietary restrictions for their restaurant, so they were used to cooking in the kitchen to meet the customer needs and requests. The fries are made in a separate fryer, although next to other fryers. The gluten free bun was delicious with my burger, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. I had lots of fries (they're limitless) without seasoning, although our second batch did have a little seasoning, which I ate. My g-free daughter had a grilled chicken breast on the g-free bun with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. She also had fries, and neither of us were sick at the 2-3 hour mark after dinner. I never found out if the fries seasoning is g-free, because there is conflicting comments online. Recommend reading the ingredients list on the seasoning when you visit for up to date info. I was pleased with the attention we received to help us eat delicious, g-free sandwiches.
I eat here frequently and I not only have never gotten sick but the servers always appear knowledgeable about GF/CC. The online allergy menu builder is super helpful though there does appear to be one inconsistency with bacon (said it was GF for one sandwich and not GF for another) so I was cautious and skipped getting any. They'll fry Brussels Sprouts in the dedicated fryer upon request. Last time I was craving a milkshake and hadn't had one for a long time due to the risk of CC and my server cleaned the mixer for me so I could have one.
