I alerted the staff I have celiac. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries and gluten free buns. I got a burger and fries. Everything tasted great but I was mildly glutened. I’m guessing it was cross contamination. I’m very sensitive so some might be fine here. I would be willing to give it a second try sometime because I really want to like this place!

I was very pleasantly surprised how cautious they were with my food when I told them I had Celiac. They made all my food separate. They even brought my plate separate instead of putting it on the tray with the rest of the table. It was much appreciated!
Ordered hamburgers with gluten free buns and we were very clear with the server that we had gluten allergy. One order came out with a non gluten free bun, which they corrected. 10 minutes after eating, my son’s stomach began to hurt. 30 minutes later my son and I both had diarrhea. I would not recommend eating here if you are celiac positive.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
This location I would not consider safe at all. We are there after asking all our usual questions and making sure they understood we have celiacs and aren’t just sensitive. We all had reactions from the food for the next 3 days. Really sad because usually Red Robin is awesome

Ate here with another party who chose this restaurant. I was nervous after seeing the reviews but my waitress was knowledgeable and what she didn’t know she went and asked. I asked about a special seasonal burger which seemed safe but since it was listed for sure the manager thought to be safe not to get it which was a bummer cause it looked good. I stayed with a simple bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries ( all fries and chips are in a dedicated fryer so safe for celiac) which was good. The bun seemed a little soggy on the bottom. I don’t know if it was frozen and then microwaved or what. I would ask next time about how fresh they were. I had no bloating or other ill effects after.
Yes
I got the avocado bacon burger without a bun. This is a great choice for dairy, soy, and gluten free. Although the food was great, the service was not. As I was ordering the waitress asked what I wanted as a side so I looked at my phone to see which sides were safe according to the online allergen menu. She was obviously annoyed with it and stopped me in the middle of my order to take the rest of my table's orders. Then she came to fill up my water glass and dumped water all over my phone, said she was sorry, and walked away without attempting to help clean it up.
Safe
With other customers saying that the bun was good, I think I may have gotten an old one. The texture was awful, and it was hard as a rock. I couldn't eat it. It was then hard to enjoy the meal because all I could think about was spending $12 for a hamburger patty because I had to remove the bun. We also had to get new fries because ours were ice cold. Won't be back.

Rude waitress and manager
The gf menu is on an ipad they bring to your table. Make sure that when you order you ensure the server writes things down the way it shows on the screen of the menu. Otherwise they will just put whatever on a gf bun. The servers generally aren't knowledgeable so it's really up to you but they do a good job in the kitchen. There is a dedicated fryer. They have a new BBQ sauce option that is gf. We eat here often and don't get sick, my daughter is more sensitive than I am.

Great Gluten Free Buns. Always knowledgable.
Yes
The gluten free bun is good. The time staff is not real knowledgeable. They have messed my order up several times but always correct it. Once my order is corrected the food is always good.
really great burger! really enjoyed the bun. waiter was very careful with my order and manager stopped by as well :)
A regular for us. Great gf fries and burgers with gf buns.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
