I don't know why we keep going to red Robin. They f*** up our order every single time.
I have been here many times. I have never gotten sick after eating here. Nice to have fries somewhere.
There was a noodle (not gluten free) in my fries. If that weren't bad enough I think it fell in the "designated frier" contaminating all my fries. Plus staff was melancholy and slow. Did make sure to bring gluten free bun and fry in designated frier, but like I said, that wasn't so hot either.
No
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
This restaurant really needs to get it together. Say there20 minutes with no service at all.
Disappointing after such a terrific start. Our waiter most helpful and brought a tablet that allows customer to check off food sensitivities and then it interprets their menu for you. Gluten free buns for burgers & dedicated fryer for fries.
However, our order got lost in the kitchen. Shift change for servers & we were lost in the shuffle. An hour after ordering our food FINALLY came and mine was wrong. It had to go back to the kitchen. My family was done with their food when mine came and my husband's broccoli came after my food.
Thankfully, the manager generously adjusted our bill. So, the food was tasty and gluten free but disappointing and time consuming experience.
Yes
We did not have a good experience at Red Robin last night. I am surprised because Red Robin is usually very accommodating. We ordered my daughter who is Celiac. The waitress didn't seem too concerned when I told her we need the dedicates fryer and gluten free bun, etc. Before for she left, I mentioned again that we can't go many places because of her Celiac and she said nothing and walked away like she couldn't care less. As we got all our food, I didn't see until after my daughter took a big bite and swallowed the Gluten regular bun. It was too late at that point. I called for a manager and of course they apologized and brought the proper gluten free meal to her. They also took $ off our meal which was really nice, however the damage was already done. I won't visit that location again. I know people might say just stay home, but we wanted to enjoy a night out. which we don't have that luxury anymore.
We have been twice now, the staff addressed any allergies. The cauliflower pizza is amazing. I understand the huge risk of cross contamination and I’m quite sensitive.. however I had no problems with their pizza both times we went! Will come back again!

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that
