Very rude server. NO GLUTEN FREE MENU as stated. Have celiac’s. Basically laughed at. Not the Red Robin I remember. No markings on menu. Would not trust

Visited here from out of state. Waiter was very good in making sure I had the gf fries from the dedicated fryer. (He said not all fries were gf). Got a burger with Gf bun. The website was helpful in selecting “swap” items for the parts that weren’t gf. Asked about the milkshake and he said the canisters were clean but the blender that mixed them he couldn’t guarantee was clean enough after an Oreo shake could have been made. Glad he was honest and understood the restrictions.

Red Robin is always my go-to when out of town since it's safe and consistent. I go to this location every time I'm in town. Burgers are good, buns are good, fries are good and cooked in separate fryer. As far as I can tell they take all precautions and staff are always knowledgeable.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

It really depends on the server. Some of them take it seriously and mark it for allergy and give you the allergy stick. The allergy menu they have online is super convenient and I am really happy that this chain as a whole is accessible for me. They offer a gluten free bun so that right there is a huge amount of options that I can't find at other restaurants.
Eaten here several times over the past year. Have never experienced a problem and the staff seems to be on top of things. They did carry GF beer, which was great, but it’s been taken away.
They are now apparently toasting the gluten free bun in the same oven with the gluten food. I get sick when I go to this one. Stay away!! Go to the Neshaminy Red Robin they are aware of this and don't do it

Really good food! Great staff that know about allergies and cross contamination one of the few places I feel very safe going to!!

I've gotten sick here a few times and the service is terrible so we have stopped going. I got what looked like "used" fries twice. not worth the risk even if it's close to home.

We've been hear several times never had an issue with gluten. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great burgers and buns!

Gluten free buns are great! Very accommodating. Have an iPad that is dedicated to allergies and what foods are "allowed".
I ordered a turkey burger with fries. Not only was the food excellent, but I was thrilled to be able to order a burger IN a bun!
Staff seems knowledgeable. Love the rewards card. They never seem annoyed by my allergy like some restaurants do.
Nothing like a delicious burger and actually being able to have the fries!!! Love this location since they use color coded plates for gluten free and you always get a fresh batch of fries!

Love red robin and gf buns!

They have gluten-free hamburger buns and the staff is fairly knowledgeable about GF items.
consistently gf and tasty!
dedicated fryer meant the first time I have had fries in public in 3 months! More than what i would have liked to pay for lunch but also the first time we've been able to do errands and not have to run home for lunch
Great food !! Fries especially are amazing !

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.

I had the cheeseburger and fries here and they were great! I'm also very sensitive and had no reactions. Our server was also amazing and very knowledgeable. I would definitely eat here again.

My first dine-out experience since my celiac diagnosis. Waiter took my concerns very seriously, took the time to explain the steps they take in the kitchen to prevent CC, and put notes in my order to ask the cooks to change gloves and what not.
I felt very taken care of, and the GF pizza crust was actually good!! Will def be back.
