This is tough. If it’s a slow day, and they take their time, the orders seem to come out. But without fail, on the busier nights, my food has come back visibly wrong, or I have gotten sick.

This was the worst service I have ever received. Not once but twice I ordered a gluten free burger from this establishment and both times my order was incorrect. The second time the manager was to give me a gift certificate above the amount that wlI paid for my meal. That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been received

I have Celiac and two of my children do as well. It was my son’s birthday yesterday so we went as a family to this Red Robin location for dinner to celebrate. My husband spoke to the manager when we arrived about our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They have GF options available to peruse on a ipad (we had already looked online at home), a separate fryer for GF French fries, and a good list of options. Our waitress was also great, making sure that the GF food was clearly marked when it arrived at the table and double checking on items when I asked (tortilla chips on the top of the chili). They took good care of us and made me feel at ease, which is not easy!

Love this place for gf burgers and fries. The waitress did tell me if you want gf for health reasons to let them know so they will cook the fries in a separate gluten free fryer to avoid the cross contamination you'd get from the shared fryer that cooks foods that contain gluten. They recently got new gluten free buns that are way better!!

This is our first time out to dinner since being diagnosed with celiac disease. I'm extremely happy to still be able to go to Red Robin. This store, from the customer service to the food, was a wonderful experience! They have a dedicated fryer for fries, gluten free buns and fabulous people that work here! We will be coming back!

There are several options for burgers on a yummy gluten free bun. I've eaten here several times (probably once a week) and have never had a problem with cross contamination. It's our go-to when we don't have the time/energy to cook.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.
