I was told to scan the allergen menu, and was given my choices. The waiter told me that the results were not accurate. I ordered a gluten free burger without cheese. My order contained both a wheat bun and cheese (dairy allergy), which I fortunately questioned. The fries supposedly are gluten free, although the allergen menu said not to order them.
I got a burger and fries the gluten free bun was good and staff was awesome!!
Great experience! The manager was wonderfully knowledgeable and they had a dedicated fryer and really good gluten free buns.

I eat here a few times every year and I've never had a problem at all! They are really great about celiac/gf. Great burgers and sweet potato fries!
Red Robin is one of my favorite GF chain options. The Belden Village location is great. The staff is very knowledgeable, and every time they bring your plate to the table they indicate that it’s GF (including the bottomless fries refills). The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the service is slow. Would recommend, especially while traveling and chain restaurants are the only option available.
Fried onion in my gluten free french fries...I've eaten here once before and no problems, the staff seems knowledgeable of celiac disease and contamination. Last time I was here I was able to pull up an allergen list on the tablet on the table but this time they said I had to look at the menu online. Also the root beer float they said I could eat last time they said wasn't safe, so they don't have it all together. Then of course I found a fried onion string in my basket of gluten free fries (dedicated fryer, so something got mixed up somewhere along the line). They were very apologetic but it won't stop the pain that's going to start here in a few hours.
Great service and no worries about getting glutened. The gf food is pretty tasty too!

Great burger & fries meal. I was a little put off by having to use the iPad for my menu because it showed no pictures or prices. I had to borrow another menu to see what I was ordering. otherwise, it was great food!!
Good service!!! Staff is caring and concerned. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and they came out to tell us the chips typically served with are not fried in a GF fryer! They ave us an alternative and it was great. Hubby really like GF buns!!!
great staff. mentioned gluten free every time they came to table. recommended chips & onion dip not on gf menu yet. confident they knew their stuff. mm mm mm hamburgers.
best gf bun/bread I have ever had ... it was great to eat a real burger again!
They have the best bun I've had in 12 yrs of being (or attempting to be) gluten free! Staff is very well trained. Wish I had one closer to home!

Excellent experience, when I arrived the host explained to me my GF options and that the fries were cooked in a separate frier. When I asked for an egg on my burger the server said he would make sure the kitchen cooked that for me on a clean grill. Couldn’t ask for better really and the food tasted great!
One of go to restaurants in Lubbock. I have never had a problem with cross contamination. They have gf buns but I always just do a lettuce wrap.
Hamburger with Gluten Free Bun. Gluten Free Fries. The manager brings out the gluten free items and it has a purple plastic pick in it to reaffirm it is gluten free. I still ask every time to confirm that the bun is gluten free and fries as well. Website is very helpful and detailed.
I do eat here sometimes only because of a lack of other options locally. However, you have to check every ingredient on your food, every time. I always get the bonzai burger and garlic fries. I make them aware of the allergy every time. About half the time it still comes out with the teriyaki sauce on it, even though I tell them it's gluten. Be prepared to have to send your food back and be okay with it. They are completely unaware.
I have eaten here many times and never get sick. I always panic because the bun tastes like regular. It sinks down to flat where you bite it though, that’s the difference. Make sure they put a purple pick in your food for allergy and you’re good!
