Our server was very helpful and understanding of my allergy. Their gluten-free menu is only available online, so he brought over a tablet with their "Customizer Hub". It was so easy to use and he left it with us so I could check any other items we were considering. My burger was great (gluten-free bun was just ok, but at least I didn't have to eat a lettuce-wrapped burger!) and their fries are always so good! No reaction at all.
Love this location! I've never gotten sick and I'm very sensitive. The managers themselves prepare the GF food to ensure there are no mistakes. They have a dedicated GF prep area and GF fryer. They also carry GF buns.
The staff is not well educated on gluten. It took them forever to figure out where the gluten free menu was. I had a few problems ordering but when the food finally came it was fantastic. Too bad the gal who seated us, our waitress and the manager were total idiots.

Gluten free bun was great, one of the better ones I’ve had at any restaurant! Not Udis. I called ahead and they explained that the fries and burgers are prepared separately for GF orders and to let your server know. My waitress was great, fries were a little soggy. Otherwise I felt really safe eating here and have no reaction so far!

Our server was able to answer our questions and ensure that our food was safe. Our entire little family has celiac, so we don’t often get to enjoy a meal out together without driving to Madison. It was great to have a local option!
