They were very accommodating and made sure my food was separate from the rest. They do their best to prevent CC and label your food with a purple allergy stick. I’ve never gotten sick and I go back often
Red Robin has improved by leaps and bounds in the celiac/food allergen arena. They now offer a seperate fryer for fries and thier Red Robin seasoning is supposedly gluten free. I'm still too scared to eat it, because it isn't labeled gluten free, but it is now listed in the safe to eat section of the food allergen interactive menu they offer. Oh, they have interactive tablets for thier food allergens menu so it makes it super easy to figure out what I can eat. also if you let the sever know it is an allergy not a preference, the kitchen will change gloves as well.
Yes
It's ok. The burger selection is kinda boring and many options are very modified. They have GF buns. Watch out for CC issues tho & talk to your server. They don't use dedicated fryers or grills.
Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
There's no gluten-free bread/buns available at the Red Robin restaurants in my area. The GF menu indicates the only way to make items GF is to order them without a bun, or with a lettuce wrap. Sigh. I was so hopeful that I could have an entire burger out for a change....
Why I can't type my most favorite gluten free bun here, from my Droid, is beyond me... Red Robin is my place for the best burger and fries! Seriously, it doesn't seem like eating gf! Make sure to get the U*D*I BUN!!! There, I feel better...

Had a great experience. I called ahead and talked to the manager, Haley, who was very helpful. She explained their process which assigned someone to follow your allergy order through the kitchen until it got to your table (along with changing gloves, new utensils/cutting boards, separate grill space, dedicated fryer). Our food came out with a marker indicating it was GF. Our server was very attentive. We ordered a second batch of fries - I didn’t remind her that they should be GF and they came out flagged. Haley came to our table to check in multiple times. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be going back!!

Waitress was knowledgeable about practices relating to cross-contamination. She did ask whether this was for an allergy (celiac) or a preference because they will go the extra steps for celiac customers (changing loves, dedicated fryer, etc). The gluten free bun is available on any of the burgers- I thought it was good! Shakes are gluten free, and fries as long as you are stating to have it so.
