Definitely ask for a manager if you're going to eat here. We had multiple poor experiences and were told the last time it was our fault fir ordering from the assigned server instead of asking for a manager, add the manager will go to the kitchen to make sure they actually use the gf buns, etc.

We've ordered from here a couple times for our celiac daughter and we've had positive experiences both times. She's had the fries, kids chicken, side salad, broccoli and milk. You can specify when you order that you have celiac.

I went there yesterday for takeout while eating in the mall with other family members (as the mall food isn't exactly the most friendly when it comes to gluten free, or other things I can't have like HFCS for example). When I asked about a gluten free menu, I was given an employee tablet which had a list to check off what I am allergic to (obviously I picked gluten AND wheat). Ended up having the bacon cheeseburger as I was unsure personally about the presence of HFCS in anything else like the mayo/seasoning. So I got the bacon cheeseburger without seasoning, mayo and tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes and I brought my own safe condiments), with steak fries. The bun was surprisingly soft, as I have had a bad experience with harder buns from the store. Tasted good, wasn't spectacular. But for $15 just for a burger and fries (not even a drink) I don't know if I believe it's worth it for a quick lunch.
