Stopped here for lunch during a road trip. Fast service, nice and clean. Had a gluten free bacon cheese burger and fries. Did have to get lettuce wrap as they had run out of gluten free buns. Still tasted great.

I went with my grandma and aunt. Had checked their website, and on the phone it seemed like they were very knowledgeable and careful about gluten free prep. I had ordered a burger and fries which they assured me multiple times would be GF. They said they had a separate fryer and prep area and everything. When we picked up the order, there were GF stickers on the bag, the burger wrapper, as well as in bold lettering on the receipt saying “ALLERGY ALERT.” I was therefore feeling very confident. However upon taking a couple bites of my burger I got suspicious - tasted like a gluten bun. Thankfully I stopped eating it. I called and - long story short - they had served me a regular bun (GF buns here don’t have sesame seeds, and this one did). Horrible mistake on their part and I would not come back here.

Red Robin is our go to when we need to eat out for both myself and our daughter. Our server was great and helpful, but I did have a reaction to the food I ate there. It’s a challenge to make sure there is no cross contamination...It is a risk to eat at a restaurant that serves gluten containing items so be careful.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
GF buns and a dedicated fryer at this location! Love their sweet potato fries :) Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
Yes
They offer a gluten free bun! Very knowledgable about how to cook gluten free food! They have a specific chef that only cooks for food allergies. Have a specific frier for French fries and sweet potato fries ONLY that is also cleaned out every day. Have a specific allergy bin that is kept clean and from cross contamination! Very knowledgeable very accommodating!
they offer a gluten free bun (for $1.00 more). Not much education on how to prepare GF food. The GF burger comes with American cheese. when I asked if they were sure it was GF, the response was, well its on the GF menu. I changed the cheese to cheddar, the manager came to ask me if I was sure I knew what I was doing sence cheddar isn't on the GF menu. they did try very hard to accommodate me.
I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...

Only got fries but they were good with no noticeable gluten reaction and server was very nice. They announced gf fries with pick and bottomless so again with new basket.
