Best gf bun I've ever had. Fries are in a separate fryer so I could have them. Seemed knowledgeable.

So safe :) I told my waiter that I couldn’t have the gluten free French fries they are separately fried so it’s safe in a gluten free fryer , but they fry it in soy oil I’m allergic to soy , so he surprised me and used vegetable oil and gave me gluten free fries !!! I have not gotten sick I highly suggest this location :)

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
This is my go to place for a good burger with the very tasty gluten free buns. The servers I have had all understood my need for gluten free.

Went online for the GF menu. The burgers are great and didn’t make me sick. Fries are not celiac friendly at this location.

Waitress was very attentive and assured me the kitchen staff would make sure her food stayed gluten free, but she couldn’t tell me exactly what precautions they take so I wasn’t 100% confident. Not a lot of GF options for a picky eater, but decent for an adult. Will try again 👍

I have eaten here many times and have never been glutened. Any time I have a server that doesnt sound sure or confident in their knowledge I just ask them if they would get someone who is. Their buns are amazing and you can actually call and just order the buns to go to make burgers at home. These are way better than what's available at the grocery store.

Online menu helps you pick celiac friendly options. Waitress was receptive to ask kitchen to wash their hands/change their gloves.

The gf buns are amazing. They don’t fall apart! Make sure to tell the waitstaff to get gf fries and then add on your own seasoning they have at the table.
Yes
Be sure to tell the wait staff when ordering that you have an allergy, they will flag your order. Since all of there sandwiches/burgers come with bottomless fries you can ask to start with a refill basket of fries while you wait for your food. Just be sure to note that you want gf fries.
Yes
Red Robin has the best gluten free buns, and their burgers are amazing. But be sure to check your food if you’re ordering to go because they have given me a regular bun two times. But they will remake it and they even remade my fiancé’s so it wouldn’t be cold.
Yes
I have ate here many times with no problems. I get burger or chicken with fries, buns are the best- all are GF - will continue coming back.
Yes
It's ok. But beware some waitresses do not ring them in as gluten free fries and I've gotten the regular ones plenty of times even tho I've told them
make sure you have a smart phone and access to your own data usage ( no WiFi available) in order to access GF menu.... it's all online and nothing in store to reference. not much to say for customer service, red robin management!
Gluten free buns aren't amazing but I've had worse. They cook the fries in a separate fryer!
We have not been happy with the service or food quality on our last two visits. Our last visit it was very apparent that our waitress was not trained in the GF menu. Our family just didn't enjoy this location and we won't be returning.
Red Robin takes allergens seriously as a company, and this specific Red Robin has been very accommodating for me as someone with celiac disease. Both in person and ordering for pickup or delivery, and even through Uber eats and Door Dash, they always listen to my requests. There’s an allergen menu online that’s easy to use. Allergen items usually come out with a purple pick in them to demonstrate that proper protocols were used. When I make an online order, I call right afterwards and the nicest person named Bri usually answers - she writes down my requests and brings to them to the chef just to be double sure everything is safe for me, and they usually even put my order in a separate bag from gluten orders. They are celiac safe, and very kind to me. Highly recommend!

They have a gluten free bun which was good but this particular location is just dirty inside and did not cook our burgers the way we asked. They were all cooked well done. They also give the smallest portions of sides even though it is "bottomless." Just really unappetizing.

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.
