They have an allergy menu, but I got sick

Really helpful servers, give you an iPad where you check off things you cannot have, then you can see a real menu, I had the Ensenada Chicken prepared gluten free and it was very good. As a business traveler I typically go to chain restaurants for consistency.
Loved my visit to this location. I felt the waiter was very knowledgable and attentive when I asked for gluten free fries and made sure I had a fresh batch.

Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
I usually tell the host I am Gluten Free and they try and give me a good waiter/waitress who knows what to do with those who are GF.

if you're in the mood for a regular old burger and fries its ok. I have not got sick, but feel they could offer more choices.

Good food and great service, the manger was dedicated to providing the best service possible for allergy concerns.
This is one if my favorite places to eat because I can get a tasty hamburger WITH a GF bun that isn't hard as a rock, and it tastes good!!! Manager usually takes my order separately, and brings it out separately and in a different colored basket to signal to all waiters that it is a food allergy dish.

Great! Manager brought out gluten free menu and explained everything. Took the order and brought the meal while waitress was by her side. Gluten Free bun good as well. Definitely will go back. Also used different colored trays. Manager also gave suggestion of option for fry sauce that had gluten. Being diagnosed with CD only 2 weeks ago it was nice to feel confident in the food served.

Had a great experience. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. The hamburger bun is the best GF bread I've had dining out.
We've ordered from here a couple times for our celiac daughter and we've had positive experiences both times. She's had the fries, kids chicken, side salad, broccoli and milk. You can specify when you order that you have celiac.

I went there yesterday for takeout while eating in the mall with other family members (as the mall food isn't exactly the most friendly when it comes to gluten free, or other things I can't have like HFCS for example). When I asked about a gluten free menu, I was given an employee tablet which had a list to check off what I am allergic to (obviously I picked gluten AND wheat). Ended up having the bacon cheeseburger as I was unsure personally about the presence of HFCS in anything else like the mayo/seasoning. So I got the bacon cheeseburger without seasoning, mayo and tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes and I brought my own safe condiments), with steak fries. The bun was surprisingly soft, as I have had a bad experience with harder buns from the store. Tasted good, wasn't spectacular. But for $15 just for a burger and fries (not even a drink) I don't know if I believe it's worth it for a quick lunch.
