Dedicated GF fryer and prep area. Server was knowledgeable of celiac. Was able to eat a burger & fries without getting sick! GF bun on the burger was genuinely good too.
Always a great experience. Dedicated fryer for French fries. I always get a lettuce wrap vs a GF bun. It's my go-to when I am in the road. They can accommodate dairy free and other allergies also. The allergy menu is online with a QR code, but staff was knowledgeable and bring you a tablet if you do not have your phone

The staff was knowledgeable and they have a tablet that lets you filter out all allergens and then you can choose what you want. I was grateful for the options and care. Didn’t love the food, but it was good and I didn’t get sick.
Stressed how sensitive I am to the staff and found an onion ring in my burger today, got sick and won’t come back here again. Plus side is they did pay for my meal but they lost my trust.
Red Robin is practically a weekly dinner. Buns are amazing and fries are YUM! Red robin customizer app is awesome for carry out.
They have GF buns and a dedicated fryer for French fries. Even though I’m happy they have gf options but I’d like to see a little bit more. They charge extra for a gf bun.

Service is always lacking at this location. Server wasn't very knowledgeable about the GF bun or fries. I even asked manager if one of the shakes had malt and was told I could look it up on my phone or use their iPad. Personally I feel if you as a manager are unsure, educate yourself and look on the iPad for the customer. Then if you are ever asked that question again you have the answer. All in all burger was ok, fries are always great. I didn't get sick. Wish they had a better staff since.its one of the few places I can actually eat out at.

The waitress was amazing. She was VERY informed about gluten sensitivities, including telling me about the designated fryer for the French fries before I even asked. It was refreshing to have wait-staff who really understood my dietary needs and be so enthusiastic with her help.
Great options for GF including really good GF buns. Staff is very knowledgeable on allergies and take great care of you!
The food was amazing! My waitress understood my allergy and told me they have separate fryers for their gluten free items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with Celiac!
They have an awesome dedicated gluten free fryer for fries I asked for no seasoning and added my salt. Also they have awesome salads!!!
Best place for burgers and fries! We eat here often and have a regular server who helps the kitchen staff understand our needs (daughter wanted grilled cheese on her GF bun so server explained using a skillet to grill the sandwich). Highly recommend!

Great GF buns! Fries are cooked separate from other deep fried items so no cross contamination. :-) they do not put seasoning on fries either as a precaution unless you request them to do so Management is wonderful! Tried to make the clam chowder with corn starch for me but found out the base had wheat in it too. Love this place!!

I have eaten here dozens of times without issue. I am always very insistent about my very symptomatic celiac. Seems like an Odd place but I have never gotten sick here
We had such a great experience here! Our waitress was amazing and on top of our dietary needs. They have gluten free bread and dedicated fryers for the fries. They also accommodated our dairy-free needs well. No reactions after eating here several times!
My 8 year old gets so sick after eating here. He gets a kids meal- burger and fries. I have a feeling it’s the fries as I just noticed they are not listed as safe on their allergy website. We are disappointed as we considered Red Robin as one of our safe restaurants.

I get takeout here all the time. I’ve never once gotten sick from this RR. I sometimes like to get a Hi-C orange from the nearby McDs on the way home since it’s nostalgic for me, I like to call it “make believe McDonald’s” lol
