The food was good, but the bun just fell apart.

Run away! I have celiac and had the same server as last week. She brought be a toasted gluten bun on my impossible burger and I realized what it was before I ate it. Thank God!!

Celiac here- and super sensitive/reactive one. I have eaten at this Red Robin twice in the last 24 hours. They have a dedicated fryer, which was temporarily down on my second visit but they informed me and helped me navigate other safe options. I ended up having the pizza which was delicious. They are great with allergy protocol and so nice. I will be back before my trip is done.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I was informed today that they no longer have gluten free allergy protocols. They changed their grills, no longer have a dedicated allergy area. Not a safe environment anymore.

They will claim over and over again they have safe practices and a dedicated fryer, then send you home with fries that have onion ring crumbs in them, or forget to put gf buns on your burger. 0/10

I loved going to Red Robin seeing as how this was one of the few places I could get fries! However they have messed up with my gluten free order 3 seperate times now and not much was done other than a gift card to come back. Their wait staff does not always seem to take it seriously. Some are excellent others not so much. It's unfortunate but after getting sick that many times I am really hesitant to ever go back.
Dedicated fryer for fries. Great burgers with gluten free bun.
I told my waitress upfront that I had gluten restrictions. She helped me figure out what to order and she alerted the kitchen. She made sure the dressing for my side salad was from a new bottle. She showed so much attention to my needs. I will most defiantly come back here!
Service was good and knowledgeable about celiacs, but I got cross-contaminated from their grill. It states plainly on their menu that they don't have a dedicated grill and that cross-contamination is possible. I took the chance anyway, bad decision.

Great options for glutenfree hamburgers my go too place
Yes
Never have a problem here, all of the staff are friendly and accommodating! The gf buns are tasty and can hold up on any of the specialty burgers.
My fiancé and I ate there with no problems.
Surprised me with a gf bun for my burger. Delicious. Waitresses understood gf issues.
I always order my burger or sandwich lettuce wrapped without the seasoned salt. They do have a gluten free menu and as long as they flag your order as allergy, then they won't season the fries either. Never had any cross contamination.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
