I love going to this particular red robin location. My food is always hot and fresh and I've never gotten glutened and if I have a question about something being gluten free the waitresses never have a problem with asking a manager to find out.

This is such a wonderful place to go and eat! The manager William has helped me both times that I have visited this Red Robin. He is very careful about cross contamination and makes sure that your meal is prepared correctly. He told me to ask for him any time I come in to eat! Our waitress, Paula, even remembered my gluten allergen and handled our party of seven great! I would recommend this restaurant! I haven't gotten sick there. I might suggest that you ask for no seasoning on your potatoes as I have an issue with it.

I LOVE going here. The staff is extremely knowledgable about allergy concerns, and they have a special menu stating what you can eat. As a bonus--the fries are GF!! (Just ask for no seasoning, as some people may have a reaction.) I absolutely recommend the Red's Tavern burger.

They are wonderful! They totally understand about cross-contamination. Be sure to tell your server to mark the orders with as allergy! They even asked about their potato seasoning, because although it is GF, they have some GF customers who have an issue with it.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning.
