We had a great experience, as always at Red Robin. Dedicated fryer for fries. We ordered an Avocob Grilled Chicken salad with no croutons or blue cheese and a gf double tavern cheese burger. Excellent food, clearly labeled and checked at service.

I had a good experience!! I ordered a cider and a bacon cheeseburger with gf bun. I started to ask if the fries were separate. The waiter said "I got you. I'll take care of it." And he did!! My burger arrived on a totally different type of plate with a purple allergy warning stick in it. Allergy warning was on the order tag that went to the kitchen Ave on the receipt. I honestly got teary-eyed over it because I was a but worried when my hubby wanted to eat there (He should get to choose every once in awhile!) and eating out as someone with celiac, especially while traveling, I frequently feel like a 'problem customer.' It was so nice for the waiter to just catch on, handle it and not make me feel like a whiner. And, I was not glutened! 😊 I only marked 4 because the ketchup is Heinz and not certified gf and the fries were not super hot but, overall, a very good experience!

I have eaten here a few times without ever have a reaction. Each time I clearly explain to wait staff my allergy and they take it seriously. Always a decent burger.

I’m am not Celiac’s, but I am intolerant. I ordered a Wedgie burger with fries because they do have a dedicated fryer, but when they brought my food, they had sent out a regular burger. When I sent it back and the replacement cane, the burger was correct, but I questioned whether the fries had come from the dedicated fryer because I had my gluten response. I think anyone with Celiac’s should approach this location with caution.

I specified to the server that I was celiac and ordered a GF burger and fries. I was assured that the fries would be fried in a dedicated fryer. Well I am doubled over in pain tonight. I'm done with Red Robin.

I got glutened after ordering a GF drink, GF burger/bun, and GF fries. The host didn't seem attentive to me having Celiac. I will not be coming here again

Dedicated fryer and GF buns! The food is just ok, but it is nice to be able to grab a greasy burger and fries like everyone else.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
