We usually love Red Robin, and their restaurants are typically great with Celiac! But this particular one has messed up our orders several times. My daughter has been glutened 2 of the past 3 times we were there. We no longer go to this one, but make the treck up to the one in Rogers.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Very knowledgeable! Never had issues here and I’ve eaten here a lot!

Awesome gluten free burgers and fries. Great service! Very accommodating and didn't get sick!!!

I ordered a gluten free burger and they brought it to the table with a regular bun! Thank goodness I was suspicious and flagged down someone. They took it back and the manager swore they made a completely fresh one. Side items were limited - I had fruit salad, which was delicious. I also had a raspberry limeade. They brought me a refill and it was cherry, which WASNT on the GF menu. I got really sick that night and it's hard to know which thing was the culprit, but I definitely won't be going back and beg my celiac friends to steer clear!

Prices have bumped up a bit over the last year or two, but Red Robin is still a very good, upscale burger place. Funky decor, tons of screens for watching games, a good selection at the bar, endless regular and sweet potato fries and other options. It's a fun place for a lunch or night out. My son is celiac, and we've never had an issue here. Knowledgeable staff, electronic menus that are constantly updated, and management that will walk an order through every step, if necessary. We feel VERY confident when we go here.

Red Robin has consistent quality and service. Have yet to find one that disappoints. This location is no exception. Delicious burgers served on Gf buns. Management will make sure there is no cross-contamination. Bottomless fries are Gf. Our server warned us to avoid the fry seasoning as some celiacs had problems with it but those in our group who ate it had no reaction. A little known 'secret': RR will sell you a few of the individually wrapped buns to take home to hold you over between visits. Thank them for this special service and don't get greedy. ;-)
Yes
This location is always a disaster. I refuse to bring my son with celiac here, simply because I’ve never received a completely accurate order. Throw in an allergy where you need to follow strict guidelines to avoid cross contamination, and I have zero confidence. The redmond location is the only location I’ve experienced a safe GF accommodating environment.

Terrible place for celiacs. Every time we order from there they get the order wrong. Order a grilled chicken salad and get a crispy. Order a gluten free bun and get a wheat bun. They can't be trusted with the smallest details. Used to be good before the pandemic but now it is terrible.

My family eats at this location all the time and my daughter who has celiac has never gotten sick. She orders a bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and garlic fries at pretty much every visit. After reading the negative review from March I decided to double check on the fries when we ordered tonight. I asked the server if they had a dedicated frier. That threw her off for a minute which almost always happens to me when I ask people about *dedicated friers*. Servers don't always understand what that means. She explained that they have a frier that only French fries go in and then as she was explaining it, realized that what she was explaining meant that yes, they have a dedicated frier. I don't know if this is true for all locations but it is true for the Clovis restaurant. She also explained that they have a separate prep area for the GF food and that the cook would change their gloves. My daughter is very sensitive and she has no reaction whenever we eat at this location.

RR Vernon has hit rock bottom. Their GF deep fryer has been down for months. When you tell your waitress you’re Celiac…they should tell you right then that their GF fryer is down. However they wait until your burger is in front of you to tell you. Has happened 3-4 times in the last 3 months…NOT COOL…
