I ordered a gluten free burger and they brought it to the table with a regular bun! Thank goodness I was suspicious and flagged down someone. They took it back and the manager swore they made a completely fresh one. Side items were limited - I had fruit salad, which was delicious. I also had a raspberry limeade. They brought me a refill and it was cherry, which WASNT on the GF menu. I got really sick that night and it's hard to know which thing was the culprit, but I definitely won't be going back and beg my celiac friends to steer clear!

Prices have bumped up a bit over the last year or two, but Red Robin is still a very good, upscale burger place. Funky decor, tons of screens for watching games, a good selection at the bar, endless regular and sweet potato fries and other options. It's a fun place for a lunch or night out. My son is celiac, and we've never had an issue here. Knowledgeable staff, electronic menus that are constantly updated, and management that will walk an order through every step, if necessary. We feel VERY confident when we go here.

Red Robin has consistent quality and service. Have yet to find one that disappoints. This location is no exception. Delicious burgers served on Gf buns. Management will make sure there is no cross-contamination. Bottomless fries are Gf. Our server warned us to avoid the fry seasoning as some celiacs had problems with it but those in our group who ate it had no reaction. A little known 'secret': RR will sell you a few of the individually wrapped buns to take home to hold you over between visits. Thank them for this special service and don't get greedy. ;-)

They dropped breaded food in my fries. The manager just shrugged it off and said it happens sometimes. We’ll never eat at another Red Robin Items are not marked gluten free. They have a gluten free bun but it's not good. I got a cheeseburger, no bun, and I couldn't have the sauce. French fries are supposed to be in a dedicated fryer. You need to ask for no salt fries. You also need to ask for the kitchen to have an allergy alert. The waiter said everything on the menu was gluten free. Uh, no. They have breaded items and teriyaki. I was going to skip eating jut then he said he would give the kitchen an allergy alert. So everything I ordered would have anything with gluten left off like sauce. The burger and fries were good. But not $12 good. Theyre overpriced and don't live up to it. I mean decent cheeseburger but no toppigs, no sauce, and ok fris for $12? If we weren't tired from a long day, I'd just have everyone over to my place for a good burger and ok fries. lol

Restaurant uses a tablet to allow diners to indicate their allergens and display menu items that do no contain those allergens. This has always worked well for me. However, when I said "no gluten", the french fries came up as a viable option. But, when I also specified "no wheat", the fries disappeared from the list of safe choices. Our server was also confused and checked with the chef who confirmed the french fries were cooked in a separate frier and were, indeed, gluten free.

Red Robin is a go to for our celiac 9 year old but the last two visits to this location have been less than stellar. Lots of confusion and both of his items had to be remade. No outward concern by the manager, just a shoulder shrug. No obvious CC and he didn’t get sick but be on your toes and make sure what you order is what you receive

While the St. Matthews and Brownsboro Road locations are typically great, the Clarksville location has been absolutely terrible the six times that I've tried eating there. It might as well not even exist as a gf option, which is a shame since it's the only Indiana location near Louisville.

Went here with my family members who are gluten-intolerant. They had the gluten-free buns, not sick. I had the Caesar salad, just make sure to ask for no croutons. Also don’t forget to specify if you are celiac/intolerant, they are sure to be more careful that way.

Ordered hamburgers with gluten free buns and we were very clear with the server that we had gluten allergy. One order came out with a non gluten free bun, which they corrected. 10 minutes after eating, my son’s stomach began to hurt. 30 minutes later my son and I both had diarrhea. I would not recommend eating here if you are celiac positive.

The waitress was really nice and the food was really good but I still got sick. I got French fries and a lettuce wrapped burger. They claimed to have had a dedicated fryer but with how quickly I got sick and all this bloating tells me that they weren’t very careful when they brought out my food. I went to a Red Robin in Roseville and didn’t get sick but they also had my plate marked with a gluten free marker and this one didn’t. I just don’t think they took proper preparations with my food here. I wouldn’t go here if you are celiac.

This is our second time coming to this particular Red Robin and we’re happy with how they handle GF. The manager will come and talk to you etc. Unlike the Red Robin in the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, the service is good and you don’t have to worry that your order is going to come out wrong. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Palisades Mall, so it’s an easy decision to come here.

GF fries and a burger makes this a favorite place. I've been here lots of times and on rare occasion I can tell there is cross contamination. They are usually great. Do yourself a favor and don't just order GF burger and fries (they have a dedicated frier BTW)...tell them it's an allergy and then they'll be more careful. Fry seasoning on the table is awesome and now marked as GF!

I have been going here for years, over 20 times. Always great food with gluten free buns and French fries. Check out the web site or app for a full gluten free menu. The only mistake they have made is to once use a non gluten free bun. Fortunately, the gluten bun has seeds on it and the gluten free one does not, so it is easy to spot the error.

If you have celiac you are taking a serious risk eating here. A year ago my daughter found an onion ring piece in her “gluten free” sweet potato fries. The manager had a long explanation about how they had found a way to take gluten out of onion rings as long as they were fried in the gluten free fryer. We avoided the restaurant We both got sick that day. We went back after that manager left and had a very pleasant experience. So we went back on Black Friday. After waiting an hour to get drinks, the server slung a basket of fries on the table. When I asked if they were gluten free he sat all fries are. Before eating them we spoke to the manager who offered some lame excuse about not having enough oil to start the day and having to combine the oil in the gluten free fryer that day. His story made no sense so we left without eating and had a vey satisfying meal at MooYah.

Sorry red robin you get a one. A one you might ask...even though we have a gluten free hamburger bun and a dedicated fryer. Well first your gf buns are always hard. Somebody always leaves them in the microwave or something too long. Sorry but thats on yall. The other one is I got some fries when my son and I visited. They tasted like fish. Then when I mentioned it to the server, he said rather unalarmed, "well somebody must have taken the basket from the other fryer and used it" Cue my i cant believe he just said that the way he did face...wow! This place used to be my go to place for burgers...not anymore! I just go to in n out or if i have extra money go to five guys. Then i take the food home and grill my own gf bun.

This location has given us incorrect orders the last 3 times we’ve been there. And each time the order has come out wrong more than once. We’ve spoken to the GM, have called corporate multiple times and been told they would increase awareness training, but advised to only order through a manager. This used to be a safe place to get a burger and fries, but no longer have trust in this location.

Changed management (not for the better), menu changed, staff changed is not knowledgeable about gluten let alone celiac, items naturally containing gluten are listed on gluten free menu. Red Robin seasoning states gf on bottle which is on the table, but you are told you can’t have it because it isn’t gluten free, not sure which is accurate. Was asked if cheddar cheese contained gluten by server. Minimal, if any vegetarian options, NONE are gluten free. Highly recommend NOT going here. Miss the old Red Robin.
