Red Robin is always a staple for me, but this location is not. I’ve gone here a few times and almost every time I did not receive gluten free fries with my order. I would not go here if you have celiac or severe gluten issues. Red Robin is great..just not this location. Staff could either not care less or not properly trained.

The website allows you to customize your burger before you order, according to what you need to avoid. They have gluten free buns and a separate fryer for the fries (just ask for no seasoning). I've never had a problem here.

I had the “gf” fries cooked in a separate frier and a wedgie burger. All items came out with a gluten free marker but I was definitely sick afterwards. :(

I have typically not gotten sick from this location's gluten-free burgers and fries. However, I did get very sick when I tried their Southwest Salad. I recently acquired a NimaPartners gluten sensor and tested the gluten-free Madlove Burger, fries, and garlic aioli, all of which tested as gluten free, so this location is pretty safe for those with celiac or other gluten intolerances, but it does seem to be based on a number of factors, such as what you order, when you go (if you go during peak hours, there's probably a higher likelihood of contamination), and staff knowledgeability. I''ve had positive experiences here the majority of the time.

They have a tablet where you can check whatever food restrictions you have, which is nice. GF options are sort-of there, but you have to click through everything because it’s really more of a menu where it crosses out what from the menu item you can’t have. So for example, the pizza option was basically sauce and toppings after it crossed out the crust, etc. The menu doesn’t list fries as GF under “sides,” so I was hesitant. All burger/chicken items (which you can get made with lettuce or a GF bun) say there’s a possibility for cross contamination. But the server said they toast the buns in a toaster vs on the grill, so there shouldn’t be cross contamination from that. Not sure what else they put on the grill though. She also said they have a dedicated fryer for fries.
