Every time I come here I order gf burger + fries. They bring allergy foods out on a yellow plate vs the usual red plate, this is very reassuring for me as I am usually scared of restaurants not taking allergies seriously/and or forgetting. They know which sauces are gf and unfortunately the beloved camp fire sauce isn’t gf but the honey mustard is! Their food is very good. I do often find myself a little bit crampy after eating here though, but so does my non celiac boyfriend.

The food is pretty good, and they have plenty of safe gluten free options. Staff are knowledgeable and careful. They have dedicated space and a color coded plating system.
My rating is based on how convenient and safe the GF menu is here. The allergy plate system is great. They have a dedicated fryer and the waitstaff is knowledgeable about allergies.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

They have a separate fryer for allergies for French fries and serve all allergy foods on yellow plates so there’s no confusion.

Was glutenized here and had a horrible reaction. Served regular fries instead of the gluten free fries.
Great place to take the kids!

RR has a good policy in place for food allergies but in practice things have changed. Once a family favorite, now just too many hassels to recommend. in one last visit it took over an hour for me to get a meal I could actually eat; the order was first not made GF as requested, then the replacement was made wrong and it took forever to get that replaced - even after asking twice for the status. I ended up eating the meal after the rest of our party had finished; some even left. We have had poor luck ordering to go as well with things just made wrong. My body is too sensitive to gluten, the food tastes good but my confidence in RR just isn't there anymore: Sadly we have had problems with the Enfield location lately as well so I guess it is time to part ways.

Very good about keeping all the gluten free food separate from any contaminates. Even have "allergy fries."

French frys in dedicated fryer, gluten free buns both very good. Gluten free cider on tap

Knowledgeable staff, dedicated frier, special binder full of all different allergens.
My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

This Red Robin use to be my go to place. But the last two times I have been glutenized and got sick. I longer recommend this restaurant.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
