This was my first restaurant experience since figuring out I have celiac. I felt very safe eating there because every staff member I talked to, starting with the host when I walked in, knew their allergy protocols.

It’s delicious but I’ve gotten sick the 2 times I’ve tried it. I’m pretty sensitive. Both times, I had a gourmet cheeseburger and fries.
I have allergies to a LOT of things and this my fave restaurant and I feel comfortable eating there also.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Gluten free menu, gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for fries! ππ»ππ»
Only downsides is the service can be lacking at times.

Diagnosed 6 months ago, and I'm very sensitive. I bring my own wet wipes to restaurants to clean table space as well as the ketchup bottle from gluten fingers that have touched it. I also had to clean the iPad it was kinda yucky dirty. But it was nice they had it to order from allergen menu. I had a grilled chix sandwich ON A BUN!!! GF bun was delicious! Also ordered the Parmesan garlic allergen fries (dedicated fryer). I felt fine and did not get sick! My waitress seemed relatively aware of celiac disease and gluten free issues. 4 stars only due to the nasty iPad...word to the wise take wet wipes!

This was our first restaurant outing since my hubbies diagnosis with CD. I called the restaurant first to talk to the kitchen manager who explained that they have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fryer and that the kitchen staff change their gloves to prepare GF food so we gave it a try. The GF menu was on an IPad that was pretty disgustingly filthy itself. Our food came out on the same plates they serve the regular food on. It was good food though. When we asked for a refill on gluten free fries from the server who checked with us (not our waitress), he said it might take a minute to make which was fine. A minute later he brought out a pile of cold fries that he claimed were gluten free but we were very suspicious were not. My final word... I'm not sure I trust this place enough to avoid cross contamination especially on a busy Saturday night and probably won't be back.

So many great options and they pay attention and keep things separate. It's also exciting to have fries since they have a separate fryer.
Tastes so good, you'd never know it's gluten free. Never have been sick from their food either.

I not only love their burgers, but I could probably eat their fries forever and be happy.
I'm excited to try the food but just had to say the bartender just saved me! I ordered something I thought would be gluten free, the bacon aioli, and he went back to the kitchen and verified that it did have gluten. He was extremely knowledgeable and saved my butt! :)

Their gluten free buns are very good. They have a dedicated fryer for their steak fries so you get hot crispy fresh fries unlimited only wish their tortilla chips were gluten free and they had dessert options too.

I can finally eat fries and a normal burger with a bun and have no fear of gluten contamination causing my dermatitis herpetiformis rash - and I can have a normal dining out experience where I don't feel weird.
Red Robin rules.

GF/allergen menu, GF bun, dedicated fryer for fries, fairly knowledgeable staff, all at Brookfield Square location.
Loved it! Finally able to eat out and have a burger with a BUN! Bun tasted great and was nice and soft! Also what impressed me is dedicated fryers for French fries!! Yum! People were knowledgable and friendly! And I did not get sick and I am very sensitive! Seemed to have a decent selection on the gluten free menu! Will be back again!

Brookfield location has GF buns now.
Gluten free buns and fries in a separate fryer but you have to specify that you need gluten free fries

Always a good choice if you’re looking for a burger WITH a bun. Also, you can eat the fries because they use a separate fryer!

Gluten free buns are awesome and ask for the fries to be gluten free so they make sure they are not in a shared fryer!! I’ve never been disappointed here

Had to wait for a table and the service was a bit slow, but that’s true for most restaurants these days. My cheeseburger and a lettuce wrap was quite nice, and the french fries gave me no trouble at all. (Typically they use a separate fryer at all locations)

Knowledgeable about foot prep and handling for Celiacs. And the GF bun is actually good! Eaten there many times with no issues. UPDATE: 06/09/22 - lost most of my confidence. GF order was marked as allergen/GF, but served on a regular bun (which I recognized and did not eat). Burger had to be made 3 times to get it right. Then she said something about asking for GF fries… after I had already eaten a batch. That will be my last visit there.
