Edit: The waitress I had today actually had celiac! She told me that each order marked with an allergen is made with a separate allergen pack in the back. That means that each item is made with it’s own set of disposal utensils so there’s no chance of cross-contamination at all in the kitchen. She told me that all the chefs here take allergens very seriously. That was extra reassuring to hear!
Love eating here and I have for years. It’s delicious and a fun atmosphere. Servers seem to know what they’re doing and I’ve never gotten sick after eating here. Most of the menu can be made gluten free so you have lots of options. I’d definitely recommend.

Red Robin has an online menu to navigate allergens on their menu, but this location does not seem to have much awareness. Waitress said she marked our order as gluten free, but my salad came out with croutons. I sent it back, and it came out with smaller pieces of crouton. Don’t plan on returning.

Definitely celiac safe. Make sure to ask for GF friendly fries!
Yes
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I had a great experience here... my server and the kitchen were very knowledgeable about celiac needs and assured me they were taking all safety precautions. They gave me an iPad that had allergens for everything on their menu so I knew I was ordering something safe. I had a veggie burger with a gluten free bun and fries. They have a dedicated fryer if you tell them you need gf!

Dedicated GF fryer for fries! Super cheap, fast, and great food. Bottomless GF fries. Service is always friendly and it’s a great family atmosphere!

The food is so delicious! I always have the lettuce wrapped burger. The fries are made in a separate fryer.
Red Robin is a go to for our celiac 9 year old but the last two visits to this location have been less than stellar. Lots of confusion and both of his items had to be remade. No outward concern by the manager, just a shoulder shrug. No obvious CC and he didn’t get sick but be on your toes and make sure what you order is what you receive
Great burger and dedicated fryer for fries. It takes a little bit of extra time to wait for the fries were totally worth it! Staff is knowledgeable and very cautious.

Gluten free fries and a delicious gluten free bun for chicken breast. Didn't fall apart at all. So good!

I asked for a burger on a gluten-free bun, which prompted the server to ask if I had an allergy. I told her I have Celiac. When she brought the food, she said, "I'm sorry it took a while, we were waiting for the gluten-free fries." I was happy that they took my situation very seriously. The burger and fries were delicious!

Waiter was well trained. Menu is on a ipad which is good and bad. Meal was great, gluten free fries!
Great service, Great GF buns, Awesome tasting burgers!!
my waitress, Amber, was fantastic about knowing her menu and what items would meet my gluten free needs. the bun was tasty but I would suggest asking for it wrapped like they used to do to help absorb the difference in grease. overall still one of my favs.
The best GF hamburger buns I ever had. You can't even tell.
Staff is fully aware of cross contamination. Great burgers and fries!
Red Robin takes allergens seriously as a company, and this specific Red Robin has been very accommodating for me as someone with celiac disease. Both in person and ordering for pickup or delivery, and even through Uber eats and Door Dash, they always listen to my requests. There’s an allergen menu online that’s easy to use. Allergen items usually come out with a purple pick in them to demonstrate that proper protocols were used. When I make an online order, I call right afterwards and the nicest person named Bri usually answers - she writes down my requests and brings to them to the chef just to be double sure everything is safe for me, and they usually even put my order in a separate bag from gluten orders. They are celiac safe, and very kind to me. Highly recommend!

They have a gluten free bun which was good but this particular location is just dirty inside and did not cook our burgers the way we asked. They were all cooked well done. They also give the smallest portions of sides even though it is "bottomless." Just really unappetizing.

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.
