Ordered from doordash but called the restaurant to say that I was celiac and did my whole explanation. Still got sick.

— Not at all

Have ordered here twice in 2021-2022 and have not gotten sick. I am a Very sensitive celiac-er and easy to order takeout /through door dash and they mark your meal in multiple places as “allergy” and separate from the other food items. Got the gourmet burger with American cheese and side of broccoli. Their website is very helpful and clear labeling what is the safest option for your individual allergy or celiac needs for ordering.

Ordered a salad and stressed that I have celiac and cannot have croutons because I will be sick. Salad came out with croutons. Had issues with our entire order, however that was the only gluten related issue.

Great interactive allergy menu. Staff is helpful and accommodating! I have not been sick once and I eat here on a regular basis

This is my go to Red Robin in the Indianapolis area. Every single time I’ve been my order has been correct. They label a gluten free order with a special “stick” and the wait staff is trained on their gluten free items. I love their fries and love they have a dedicated fryer for GF.

I have ordered from this location (and other Red Robins) many many many times and have had no reactions. They are always knowledgeable about the gluten free options on the menu and my food always comes out marked with a flag so we know that it is gluten free. I have also ordered fries and sweet potato fries from this location and had no issues with those either. We have eaten in restaurant and taken it go before and every time we have a great experience. A nice variety on the menu too. Their bbq sauce does have gluten in it as well as the campfire sauce, which was my favorite fry dip in my pre gluten days, so keep an eye out for burgers that include that.

Menu is isn’t directly marked and not all servers or kitchen staff know what sauces and burgers have gluten so definitely be ready to be on the website instead of in person menus One waitress at this location has a celiac family member and actually helped me order my favorite burger in a modded way to make it safe she was the only server I’ve had at this location that had a clue about gluten

I always enjoy going to red Robin. I don’t have to worry about getting gluten-free. They have gluten-free buns and their fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Always an enjoyable experience.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today while staying in Vernon. My celiac daughter and myself were very pleased with our experience. Gf menu is available online. It was slightly confusing to interpret the online menu but upon speaking with the server they are able to adapt most items accordingly to make them safe. I called ahead and confirmed that they do have a gluten free fryer. I was advised the garlic fries may have cc so the server advised to have regular fries instead. We both ordered burgers. GF buns available. I had the fries and my daughter had a Caesar salad no croutons. Everything tasted great. The food arrived marked with an allergy alert. The kitchen appears to exercise standard precautions and take allergies seriously. Our server was fantastic. All and all a positive experience.
