I have been poisoned with gluten at this location now 4 times. They are careless in food preparation and despite marking you burger as gluten free, all 4 times my gluten free bun ended up on another person’s burger, despite mine having the marker. My family loves this place, but as a celiac, it’s a death trap.

Manager called me to be sure that all of our order didn’t need to be gluten-free. she was concerned about cross contamination. She even came out to the car to deliver it herself to be sure that everything was right.

Though they didn’t have a ton of gluten and dairy free options for my four year old celiac, the staff was knowledgeable and he did not get sick! He had grilled chicken breasts with a side of broccoli and mandarin oranges and specially prepared gluten free fries. I don’t think they really even charged us for all of it. Very thankful since we were on a road trip and it was the only option we could find.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I found a noodle in the middle of my chili cheese fries. The manager was very apologetic, but it did not change the fact that there was a noodle in my chili cheese fries.

I have celiac, I am VERY sensitive to cross contamination, and I have eaten here several times with no problem!
The waiters have always been so cautious!

Had the Simple Burger on a gluten free bun (Udi’s brand) and fries which are cooked in a separate fryer. Enjoyed having a hamburger and fries.

I dined here last night and was very pleasantly surprised at the way they Handel allergies. My servers name was “shy” she was so nice and understanding and made me feel very comfortable eating here. I got a burger with a gluten free bun and a side of fries. The bun was amazing and the fries were so good and crispy. Definitely adding this to my list of safe places to eat !

This was the first restaurant I’ve been, since being diagnosed 3 months ago, that has made me feel welcomed even with celiac. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and when I said I had celiac she knew exactly where to point me for safe foods. She also made sure to tell me that the fries were safe as well. It was just so nice not having to explain everything! And my burger (on a lettuce wrap) and fries were delicious!!

They almost killed me. I think with gluten it may be okay to eat here but after telling the waitress I was deathly allergic to tomatoes, there was a slice of tomato under my fries. No one at the table ordered anything with tomato. There was no reason for a slice of tomato to be under my pile of fries. I still can’t believe this happened. The waitress apologized and took it off the bill, but my life could have ended. The manager did not come out to address anything.
