Really good with cross contamination, have a separate fryer, and their website has an option where you can see and build an allergy friendly meal

I ordered one of their hamburgers gluten-free. The waiter expressed understanding of what that entailed and assured me that they have a dedicated fryer for the French fries. My burger came back with battered fries onions on it which I didn’t see until I after I took a bite. When I asked for a replacement, the waiter was very concerned for me and brought the manager. The manager was very kind and comped my meal and had them send more gluten-free French fries to me while I waited for a new burger. As I was eating the fries, I found a big glob of fried batter in them. I think the manager and waiter tried, but unless the entire staff, especially the cooks, aren’t on board and trained then it is a bad experience. I will not risk that restaurant again.

The waiter was new, but he was able to give me their pad with the allergy options and it was very specific as to what was and was not gf. I love that there French fries are gf! When they brought us our food, mine had a little flag in it, but I also verified with the server, that mine was gluten free. He said yes, and that the little stick flag thing meant they had used the allergy kit and everything. So, that sounds good to me, as I'm very sensitive to cross contamination. The food was great! I got the black and Bleu burger with garlic fries.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I am extremely allergic to gluten I cannot have any cross-contamination whatsoever!! I have eaten here about 10 times and I have never had any problems. They are very Knowledgeable about gluten allergies and they have a separate gluten-free menu. they use a separate fryer for the french fries.

I’ve eaten here over 5 times now and have not gotten sick! They updated their allergen menu for you to select what dietary needs you have and gives you all of the menu options you can order. I usually order the ensanada platter (chicken breasts & side salad) and fries…no problems!! Staff is very knowledgeable as well.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
