Not safe. Had to leave. Did not show any care. Manager was not friendly or helpful. Burger was served with bacon, even with manager being involved. Bacon is not gluten free. I would not recommend to anyone with Celiac.

This used to be my go-stop when passing through to New Orleans. I can’t speak for other locations - but sad to say… twice burned by this location. Not safe for Celiacs any longer. Gluten free bun was old and stale, burger was barely a burger. Fries were good. When the plate arrived, my instinct said “don’t eat this” something looks off. I can’t say it was improper handling - but would guess based on the how the burger was plated. I ate it anyway… and paying the price. This was my second time in a year from here - won’t be back. Wondering about other locations now.

Love their gluten free burgers. Just let them know your gluten free and the fries are yummy! My 5 year old loves her gluten free burgers from Red Robin.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
They had gluten free buns. Tagged it on the ticket as an allergy. My son could eat the fries and have a burger...he was so happy to eat normal kid food! Yay for Red Robin:)
The menu is very clear about substitutions. The waiststaff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for un-seasoned fries.
A regular for us. Great gf fries and burgers with gf buns.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
