Red Robin in Sioux Falls does an awesome job! We are celiac and eat here all the time.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Went to this location based off of the reviews from this app. The experience was one of the best so far. Our waitress also has celiac and was very helpful in giving us all the information about what I could eat here. There are a ton of options minius a few Key ingredients but thier gf burger bun was by far the best I have had in a long time. I'd take a half star for minor things like bacon not being an option but the burger was worth every penny.
When I order, they ask me if I have an allergy as they want to make sure they tell the kitchen there is a reason for the gluten free bun and they do inform me if It have ordered a burger with a gf bun that has gluten somewhere else in the burger I haven't realized. They do have great portions and the fries, I have been told, have a dedicated frier. I have never gotten sick here and the service is always great.
The staff was knowledgeable and brought out an iPad with an interactive menu. The steak fries are cooked in a separate fryer so they were safe to eat.
Liked gluten free options. Good food. Staff was very helpful. It was my first time at a dining establishment with a gluten free menu and it was a good overall experience.
Usually, Red Robin is the holy grail of GF stops for my fam, 3 out of 4 is gf. But this time I am so dissatisfied. We ordered 4 burgers, 3 gf to go. Nothing was labeled and I think all of them had the seasoning on it, that I can’t tolerate. I had to wait 40 min for the first batch then when I went in to complain it was going to take another 40 min. They’ve always been good when dining in, but I’ll never get it up go again
Update: too many mistakes and so I haven’t ate there in a year
I eat here way too much. Like 4x a week (takeout). The burgers are so good and I haven’t had one in so long lol. (Sweet potato fries are really good too!) Be patient, they are understaffed. They are closed Mon and Tues and close at 4pm somedays.
Edit: sweet potato fries aren’t gf apparently 🫤
back in 2021, i was served a “gluten free” burger with fried jalapenos in it. i had already taken a few bites before i noticed. informed the manager and they refunded my meal and prepared a new one for me to-go. i didnt end up eating that new burger, for obvious reasons, and spent the rest of the evening by the toilet. havent gone back to any red robin ever since out of fear 🙃
I love that there is a dedicated fryer. Fries were great. The hamburger bun was really good for gluten-free and the burger was really good excellent service the server I worked with had a family member with celiac so she was very well informed I did not get sick.
