My group was refused entrance. We called ahead to make sure they were open (6pm on a Monday) and were told we could come. We got there and said table for 10. Hostess said they could not accommodate a group of 10. Since we had 2 families of 5, we agreed to be sat in 2 groups of 5. They said they were too short staffed to serve us. We said we could wait if it took longer than average. 65% of the restaurant was empty. We waited to be seated and the hostess said it was going to take a long time to seat us. We asked why and they said they had too many Grubhub orders to serve us at all. We left. Won’t ever be back.
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Excellent experience, when I arrived the host explained to me my GF options and that the fries were cooked in a separate frier. When I asked for an egg on my burger the server said he would make sure the kitchen cooked that for me on a clean grill. Couldn’t ask for better really and the food tasted great!
Hamburger with Gluten Free Bun. Gluten Free Fries. The manager brings out the gluten free items and it has a purple plastic pick in it to reaffirm it is gluten free. I still ask every time to confirm that the bun is gluten free and fries as well. Website is very helpful and detailed.
I do eat here sometimes only because of a lack of other options locally. However, you have to check every ingredient on your food, every time. I always get the bonzai burger and garlic fries. I make them aware of the allergy every time. About half the time it still comes out with the teriyaki sauce on it, even though I tell them it's gluten. Be prepared to have to send your food back and be okay with it. They are completely unaware.
