They have great food, usually the service is good, but last time I went I was sick for a close to a week from their fries. Crippling stomach pain like I hope never to go through ever again. This was my family's go-to restaurant for birthday suppers but now I'm too scared to attend.
To be fair to them, they warned me that cross contamination in the fryer was a possibility despite the fryers being "dedicated". Fingers crossed the ignorant employee who dropped something other than plain fries in there was fired.

So delicious! Server was very knowledgeable and reinsured me she would let the kitchen know it was an allergy. The bun was good too!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were friendly and understanding. Food was brought out separate to avoid cross contamination.

Gluten free options online, no menu in store. Any burger can be done gluten free. Side options are broccoli, apple slices, yam fries and steak cut fries (even though it's not listed on their website). Very knowledgable staff.

The waitress asked if it was a food allergy, and then came back to tell me that the dipping sauce wasn't gf, (which I already knew). The manager delivered my food, and came back to check if everything was ok. Positive experience all the way❤

We have been twice now, the staff addressed any allergies. The cauliflower pizza is amazing. I understand the huge risk of cross contamination and I’m quite sensitive.. however I had no problems with their pizza both times we went! Will come back again!

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that
