New restaurant and under trained staff. Nothing on menu noted as GF. Only confirmation was the bun. So busy now like a fast food restaurant.
No
They have stopped caring. I have now been sick twice from this place. They used to put a purple stick in it to indicate they recognized it was an allergy. I have had both a burger...where their buns are not good and fall.apart. And I had a salad...it came with croutons even though I said celiac...severe Gluten allergy (only way I can make sure people pay attention)

It is absolutely not Gluten free friendly. They don’t follow order Instructions. Get sick every time. I thought it was safe to eat there but I know now it is not celiac friendly.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
TERRIBLE PLACE. NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. i thought i just was getting an upset tummy from a greasy burger, but then we started going elsewhere and i pretty much was just getting glutened every time. It is so messed up that they say its safe for celiacs, but it totally isnt. I could never get through a meal here without having to empty its contents into the toilet. Seriously worst place ever simply because it says its safe and it isnt. Its also dirty and slow. Will never go back.

Tell the staff you have an allergy, they bring you an IPad menu that you can enter your allergy needs, and bring up available selections on the menu. They also have a separate deep fryer :)
Yes
They do a really good job at trying to keep your meal safe. They warn you that it takes longer because they’re preparing in a different area using fresh ingredients. Their bun is the best around and they have a dedicated fryer so you can have French fries. Ask for their iPad which has an interactive allergy menu!
Must select gluten and wheat in the interactive menu if you are celiac! Overall experience is great
Yes
Great option for celiac people. Burger buns are tasty and all fries are gluten free.
Yes
They have changed there bun and it is on of the best gluten free buns at a restaurant! They are really good about being careful preparing gluten free meals. I have never had any issues with them!

Bun is really good compared to other restaurants!

I never had any issues with the buns, but the new lettuce wrap option is the best! Most of the time it's a manager that handles my GF food and I know that their buns come wrapped. Sometimes you just want a burger with no fuss, and Red Robin is the best for that.
Yes
Had a chicken burger and yam fries. The bun was crumbly and fell apart but it was really good and the yam fries were a nice treat. Waitress was very friendly and made an effort to make sure it was gluten free.
Yes
Good selection of burgers available and the GF Buns are quite good. Fries without the seasoning are as good as you can get. They usually do have a dedicated fryer for fries.
Red Robin takes allergens seriously as a company, and this specific Red Robin has been very accommodating for me as someone with celiac disease. Both in person and ordering for pickup or delivery, and even through Uber eats and Door Dash, they always listen to my requests. There’s an allergen menu online that’s easy to use. Allergen items usually come out with a purple pick in them to demonstrate that proper protocols were used. When I make an online order, I call right afterwards and the nicest person named Bri usually answers - she writes down my requests and brings to them to the chef just to be double sure everything is safe for me, and they usually even put my order in a separate bag from gluten orders. They are celiac safe, and very kind to me. Highly recommend!

They have a gluten free bun which was good but this particular location is just dirty inside and did not cook our burgers the way we asked. They were all cooked well done. They also give the smallest portions of sides even though it is "bottomless." Just really unappetizing.

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.
