Called to inquire about getting gluten free meal and was told that I "should be careful" about eating there as cross contamination does occur. I appreciated the honesty at least.

This place was fantastic! The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and gluten free options. He even made me gluten free pizza dippers. And on top of that the gluten free pizza was one of the best Ive ever had! I highly recommend!

Don't go to this restaurant thinking you'll get a true gluten free meal. We called ahead and made reservations, asked about their gluten free options (important because of Celiac Disease) and read reviews that encouraged us to go there. Once we finally ordered (close to 25 minutes after we arrived), it took another 45 minutes to get our food (our server said it takes longer to prepare gluten free). Our bill for 4 people was $116 before the tip (with only one appetizer and 4 entrees, no alcoholic drinks). One of our party ordered the gluten free pasta with the daily special cream sauce. It came with just a butter sauce, very disappointing, and the server just said "sorry". Then, our 20 year old threw up for the rest of the night after being glutened, and is still suffering two days later. Poisoned at Ribalta. You would think for $116 and waiting so long for our food because "gluten free takes longer" that it would have really been gluten free because they were actually paying attention. I will never recommend this restaurant and will definitely post this information on every app/site I can find so that others won't suffer the same experience. Shame on Ribalta for even saying they provide gluten free options. They should really educate themselves before pretending they know what they are offering as gluten free. Horrible experience. Ruined the concert we went to at the Fox because of their actions

Food flavor was excellent, but my gluten free pizza crust was overcooked to the point of being hard, not crisp, just so hard I could not bite it, so I asked to switch it for pasta. The waitress was very courteous and served diligently until this point, but now the manager tried to inform me it was just because it's a GF crust; but living with celiacs for so long, I am VERY familiar with what to expect with GF pizza crust; that resistance/excuse was slightly annoying but not a big deal, however then I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get a bowl of GF pasta, & I was not even offered a beverage refill during my wait; meanwhile my boss completely finished his meal.

Disappointed at first. After such rave reviews and description of how good this place is for gluten free... We were served bread; our appetizer was served with wheat bread integrated with the food; I had to educate the staff that the GF pasta needs to be cooked in a separate pot from the regular wheat pasta... Saving grace: staff is very friendly and helpful, atmosphere is beautiful. The pizza is indeed the best I've ever had (made with rice flour). Good recovery but need to be vigilant.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The gluten free menu is somewhat limited to pizza but who cares when it is that good.

AMAZING. Ribalta has the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life...and it was gluten free. Calling all Celiac! They have a separate area to make GF pizza and a dedicated allergy free brick oven just for us! Now to the pizzas : the sauce is "tomatoey" with sweet undertones of cane sugar. The cheese is bolder than most but more creamy than the most expensive buffalo mozzarella in existence. The goat cheese was tangy and a perfect compliment to the pepperoni which had a subtle heat stronger or weaker depending on each bite. Now the most important part : the crust. Ribalta has created the perfect GF crust. Your top teeth bite into a warm soft moist dough, but it gets better! This dough doesn't sag. As your top teeth sink into a warm delicatessen, your tongue presses up on a buttery, airy, and flakey crust that your bottom teeth will crunch into causing your lips to undoubtedly begin to smile. Hungry yet?

They make their gluten free pizza fresh, and it is delicious. It's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and with a great texture. They say that they are very careful with the gluten free pizza. As someone with Celiac and not sick from dinner it was great! A little pricey but for a fresh, gluten free, authentic pizza, it's worth it.
