They were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and said they can make almost anything on the menu gluten free. My waitress sat down when i said i had celiac and went through the menu with me, they were able to get me a gluten free bun on my burger and sub the fries for mashed potatoes (fried were made in same fryer)

We called for reservations and while on the phone they asked if there were any allergies before I even mentioned it. We enjoyed prime rib and Creme brûlée and it was delicious. I have Celiac and had no reaction.

Amazing - food and cocktails. The bartender was very clear on what was GF, and clear the fryer was not. The GF bread for the burrata and roasted garlic was great. Highly recommend! And do make reservations - we walked in and got lucky with sitting at the bar.

Just had an amazing dinner on our last night of our week long road trip around southwest Colorado! I somehow missed this place last night but so glad I noticed it on the app today. Definitely make a reservation as it’s a smaller place. When we sat down I immediately told our waitress that I was looking for gluten-free options and she asked me if I was celiac (I’m not) and she walked me through what could be gluten free (they have gluten free buns for any sandwich’s and can sub mashed potatoes for pasta). I ended up ordering the tomato soup (so good!) the fried brussel sprouts (shared fryer, but since I’m not celiac I was ok with this and didn’t have any issues) and the jumbo roasted garlic (this came with a gf bun cut into slices and toasted in place of the crostini). All were the best food we have had our whole trip! We also ordered the salted caramel butterscotch Creme brûlée and it was Amazing!! Best Crème brûlée I have ever had! Already gf and no accommodations needed. Definitely hit this place up if you are lookin for a safe place in Glenwood Springs!

Amazing food! Kitchen staff very knowledgeable on cross contamination and were able to modify most dishes to accommodate. Amazing appetizers, GF dessert, and drinks! Prime rib was delicious! Glutenous husband loved the beef Wellington (which was only dish they couldn’t make GF). We went back twice in the same weekend and will be back again!

So great! We went for our anniversary dinner and my husband emailed to make sure that I would have options and said they take proper precautions to prevent CC. We got there and the server said I could have most of the appetizers except the fries since there’s not dedicated fryer. The burgers are safe and they have a GF bun and then the salmon was safe (prime rib could be made safe but they were out so if you want that make an earlier reservation than 7:30). We got the baked brie, stuffed portobello mushroom and then got the salmon and the salad with a filet mignon on top. The executive chef brought out food out and said he took care the make it safely. And THEN we got the orange lavender creme brûlée and it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Seriously so good. But definitely make a reservation for a weekend night at least. The people behind us got turned away because they were booked. It’s worth it!

While they do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu,The entire staff understands gluten restrictions related to Celiac and was very helpful in explaining how nearly every dish on the menu could be prepared in a gluten-free way. Special shout-out to Nick who was marvelous with his understanding and care about this very thing. The food is exquisite. The salmon is to die for. The pasta isexcellent as well. The staff takes great care of theirGuests. definitely worth a visit when you're in Glenwood Springs.

Although I only ventured into appetizers, my plate was delicious. I had the tomato soup and mushrooms. I did not get sick. Staff was knowledgeable about celiac and double checked with the Chef that my order did not contain gluten. I feel safe enough to return. I definitely recommend this establishment.

This was a great dining experience . They knew exactly what to do, and would substitute most things to help make the items gluten free. My meal was really good and didn't make me sick at all!

From a highly sensitive celiac person, I would definitely recommend this place! Had the prime rib special with cremé brûlée for dessert and it was all incredible. No specific GF menu however staff was very knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating for GF needs. Most of the menu can be made/substituted for GF. Udis products available

Wow! Yummy! Great experience! I am super sensitive celiac and very rarely eat out! It the first time in a long time that I had a 3 course meal at a restaurant! The staff was informed and very easy to work with. I ate the escargot, prime rib and creme brûlée! I feel a bit achy today but it could have been the diary - I will be going out to eat more frequently now!

Great food and knowledgeable staff. Lots of options, however there is no dedicated fryer as listed here. The chef pointed that out before I could even ask which made me feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing.

The food here was PHENOMENAL. the waiter was incredibly informed about gluten allergies and asked if I was celiac or sensitive. they have a gluten free menu, but some items are fried in a communal frier - the waiter told me which items were fried and which could be modified (pan fried in olive oil instead) everything was delicious and they even had a gluten free chai creme brulee that was AMAZING! it is on the pricier side but worth every penny!
