We ate here for my husband's birthday. It is expensive, but they delivered great food, from the self serve salad and side dishes bar, to the churrasco (meat on skewers brought around by waiters, who carve it tableside). Best of all for me, the GF DF one, everything is labeled and they brought me a comprehensive allergen menu. We enjoyed lamb with mint sauce, beef with chimichurri sauce, delicious ham with grilled pineapple, and more. (You get your own sauces from the salad bar area.) I felt I could eat confidently. My husband had a birthday dessert, delivered with staffers drumming, dancing and singing a rousing Portuguese song. The only disappointment was that there were no gluten and dairy free desserts ... but there were a couple of gluten free desserts. I did notice that they were running a special with discount pricing if you dine before 5:30. Check their website.
We had a waiter who was knowledgeable about gluten allergies (and had actually only been there two weeks so that tells you how much they educate their staff). Spoke with the manager at the end of our experience who reiterated how important the control of cross contamination was to him so that it was a safe place to eat. The whole staff seemed VERY knowledgeable about celiac and gluten intolerance. I felt very safe eating here and the food was delicious! Especially the cheese “bread” that’s gluten free!!! WIN!!
Rodizio's has labeled all the items on their salad bar as to their gluten free status, which is nice. We always tell the server right away, no fried plantains because we need to be gluten free. They do have a paper menu that lists the gluten free items available, but since we always do the salad bar only, no meats or desserts, we just go by the labels.
Rodizio Grill is America's First Brazilian Steakhouse, proudly serving a 95% Gluten Free menu. Unlimited appetizers and gourmet salads and over a dozen grilled meats and items make for an unforgettable dining experience.
Great experience! The server knew a ton about what was gluten free and things were labeled. They had an allergen guide that I could hold on to to double check. All the meat they come around with is gluten free, the cheese bread is gluten free, and they had a salad bar. Gluten free dessert as well. Was stuffed after!! Never got sick.
This is one of my favorite dining experiences since having to go 100% gluten free. It's one of the few places where I feel like a normal person and don't have to explain my dietary needs and grill the staff to make sure they understand cross contamination. It's like a breath of fresh air. All the meats are gluten free, and the salad bar is clearly marked with most of the options being gluten free. The food is delicious and it's a fun environment.
