Felt very safe eating here! Especially as a tourist from out of country. The chef, David, personally sought me out to confirm my gluten free dish and created his own signature sauce to use instead of their teriyaki. It tasted delicious, was a great portion, and priced well! Would eat here again.

My wife and I love to eat at Rokkos. This is our go-to place when we want a dinner out. We don’t eat out much at all because there are not too many GF and vegetarian places that are really concerned with cross contamination. I have talked with the owners several times and we’ve gotten to the point where the owner knows our orders when we walk in the door. She is such a great cook. I love the GF peanut sauce she makes. Definitely my favorite GF and vegetarian place to eat in CDA. When ordering just let them know if you are sensitive to the G or if have Celiacs. For me they use dedicated GF utensils and pans when I order. Love the freshness and the flavor. The only issues we had is that the service can be a little slow in the evening when the owners are no working and the younger cook and staff are working. But even with that I’ve not had any issues with the food.

Great food and staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options. Nothing was labeled on the menu but they will happily help with options. Mainly shrimp and tofu are gluten free and they have GF soya sauce and GF peanut sauce. My food was prepared separately with separate utensils and when an oops happened during prep, they completely washed and remade everything.

Really good food and lots of options. The owner is super knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac safe dishes. Staff seem well trained in how to avoid cross contamination as well.

A lot of gluten free modifications available. The owner was very knowledgeable about GF and was very specific about different sauces. They make all of their sauces from scratch, so no surprise ingredients. The kitchen uses clean pans to prepare the food for GF. I had the fried rice with chicken and “special GF sauce” which was a combo of chili/GF soy sauce and sriracha. Great experience and delicious food!
