The cheese steaks are quality. The meat is so tasty and generous and well cheesed. The roll is a little different from the traditional, and a touch sweet, but it’s the only time I eat a gf roll. It’s solid. And they make fried mozz that is excellent. The eggplant and salads are also solid.
It should be said. The pickup situation is excellent. If you do curbside it’s a whole different section, well run. I’m gonna keep coming back.

I was initially skeptical because this is a bar & grill but trusted the previous reviews. I’m pleased to say I had an outstanding gf entree featuring 2 crab cakes. And the menu lists numerous gf options. Our waiter was attentive which is always a plus.

I’ve eaten here several times with no issues, however there was one time I ordered a gf reuben sandwich and I had a pretty bad night. I don’t blame the restaurant because everyone knows there’s always a chance of cross-contact when eating out. I still go here and enjoy their food. GF Pastas and sandwiches are the best

I wasn’t sure about trying Ron’s after seeing conflicting reviews but I’m glad we went. The atmosphere is cozy and interesting. The menu offers a lot of options marked gluten-free or gluten-free available, including things you rarely find, I.e. meatloaf, crab cakes. I had chicken piccata, which was good with large portions; two of us could easily have shared it. The waiter was conscientious and took good care of us despite being very busy. My husband, who is not gluten-free, enjoyed it. We’re both glad we visited here.

I've eaten here several times without issue. They have a huge menu and many gf options. Dedicated gf fryer so that's very exciting. Try the arancini, you won't regret it: )

I asked for gluten free. I was told there were gluten free ovals. The waitress came back after I ordered my oval, saying the gluten free ovals are in the oven next to gluten crust, no separately baked gluten free. So, I ordered a gluten free wrap. The waitress came back to say the kitchen was not sure if the wrap was really gluten free, if I really needed that, instead of just wanted gluten free. I told her I have celiac, she suggested a salad. When it arrived, I asked if it was gluten free, and she went back in the kitchen to ask. No markings on it as gluten free. I ate here about 8 years ago, was very illl after, and will never go back. Not sure why so many people love it, as I had 2 negative experiences.

We are regulars at Ron’s, but have noticed that our celiac daughter seems bothered by the GF pizza and hot GF sandwiches here, because the oven and the grill is shared. I asked if they could make her a GF grilled cheese in tin foil to avoid any gluten from the grill and they very rudely said they do not make special orders and cannot guarantee that their food is fully GF because “there’s flour everywhere. It’s a shared kitchen”. This annoys me on several levels - the rudeness, the lack of concern for providing great customer service, but most importantly that they heavily promote their GF options when in fact they make no effort to avoid cross contamination.

The gluten free wings are really good and they are very safe about cross contamination. A lot of gluten free options and the food is great! Their sweet potato fries are really good as well. They also have gluten free pasta and meatballs.

They have an extensive menu with clearly marked GF and GF optional items. Staff was knowledgeable. Food was delicious and service was quick. I was in Exton for the weekend and I went here for dinner two nights in a row because of all the options. I highly recommend the quinoa salad and burgers!

Amazing seeing how much care and knowledge are involved in this establishment. I’m convinced the owner may have a Celiac relative based on the menu and servers. Wish every restaurant was this careful.

This is my family’s favorite place to go since they have so many gluten free options! My mom and I are both gluten sensitive and they make it so easy to order by marking the menu items so you know if they are gluten free and or gluten free available with modifications. The food is delicious and we’ve never had any issues with getting sick after eating there. Highly recommend!

Ron's is hands-down my absolute favorite local restaurant to eat at because the food is delicious and they are so good about ensuring that it is Celiac-friendly! The menu is HUGE and things are labeled either GF or GFA (gluten-free available). They have a dedicated GF fryer where they make chicken fingers, fries, wings, and more! My personal favorites are the AMAZING GF nachos, the GF ovals, the GF wings, and the delicious salads. They have to-go, a bar area, and a large restaurant. Ron's is the best for GF!

Great food, huge menu with gf options. GF beer and cider too. Items clearly marked GF on menu and food is marked with a flag and sticker. Separate fryer. Friendly staff. A great find for celiacs!

Great food and dedicated gf fryer! Can get cheesesteaks, pizza, fries, pasta! Extensive menu and knowledgable staff. Owner has relative with celiac so they “get it”
We have eaten at this restaurant a couple times since moving to town. During Covid they have had a temporary menu...the menu is marked on what is GF. The wait (phone) staff is knowledgeable about what is GF and if they aren't sure about an item there is no hesitation to ask the chef or management.
Food is delicious and I have not gotten sick.
Dedicated gluten free frier and adequately informed about cross contamination issues.
Everything always comes out with a bright green gluten free sticker!! Makes me feel super safe!
Everything I’ve ever had here GF has been delicious! Their fries are to die for! Some of my favorites are the nachos, ovals, and pizza!

Very good gluten free food. I just got the basic chicken fingers and french fries and they were good. I confirmed with them that the the fries and chicken are fried in a separate fryer and the staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free food as well.
So many GF options that are so delicious. Most of the menu was also Gluten free available, meaning it could be made gluten free by request. The waitress was super knowledgeable and explained the menu options. I had the meatloaf meal which was mind blowingly good and my husband had the chciekn Alfredo with GF pasta and the pasta was tasty and chicken was most. No gluten reactions!
Great huge menu. Dedicated fryer and very good chicken parmigiana, risotto and chicken fingers.

I love this place. They totally get the gf menu. I have never had a bad experience eating there, and we have gone at least once a month for over two years.
Best place I've had in the 2 years I've had Celiac. The waitress explained everything that I would need to know to feel comfortable including a dedicated fryer for the fries. Yay!

The staff is gluten allergy knowledgeable. They can make a lot of their menu GF if you ask. I will probably return given their understanding of Celiac friendly precautions.

Huge gluten free menu! This is the go to place
Amazing food!! They can make pretty much anything on the menu gluten free (they have over 300 options) I got the nachos as an appetizer which was so delicious! As well as the chicken nuggets which I was so surprised that they had! To top it all of I had an amazing gluten free peanut butter cheesecake. Can’t recommend this place enough!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable as well.

Four stars due to a horrible customer service experience once. I've eaten at Ron's numerous times and never had a reaction. I haven't gotten as adventurous to try any of the sandwiches yet as I'm not sure how they prepare them. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and add gluten free toothpicks to denote that they are indeed gluten free. Recently I had an issue with one of the women who was checking me out for a take out order. I asked to verify that my salad was indeed prepped gluten free and she gave me a ton of attitude because she did not want to check and told me well obviously it's gluten free, it's a salad. That sort of ignorance toward gluten free prepared moods is what scares me. I spoke with a manager on the phone who just said he would speak with here, no offering of an apology or anything. I'm so sad over this because I've always been treated with such respect and kindness from them staff regarding my gluten free needs. It definitely making me think twice now before I go back again, and Ron's was always my go to place to eat out
