The menu was clearly marked and the server was knowledgeable and helpful. The chips are fried in a separate fryer = gluten free!!

The dedicated fryer is working again! I'm so glad because I really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa that were delivered to my table before I could tell my server. I also got the chicken enchiladas suiza with Mexican-style rice and it was delicious! Spicy but super flavorful! Great view from the balcony over the plaza and Capital Wheel, too.

Their dedicated fryer is down, so anything fried is contaminated. Ordered a salad that I was assured would be free of fried food but came with tortilla strips all over it. Had a much better experience 5 years ago when I last dined. In general feels like the restaurant has gone down hill, sticky, broken drawers/trim, and very retail.

Menu clearly labeled GF. Waiter didn’t know about GF but was willing to go back to verify with the chef. Had the lobster topped guacamole made table side which was good. Pork shank was ok taste wise but did not get sick which is the most important.

Amazing food! We loved it as a mixed gluten free and gluten household. The waiter may not have known gluten but he was aware of all allergies substitutes. They use casacava tortillas and corn if asked. Separate fryer. We are from NYC so this was a good priced meal and we got three entrees and guac for about $100.

Very tasty food. I asked my waiter if the chips were fried in a dedicated fryer. He said yes, but went to check with the kitchen to be sure. Loved having chips and salsa. The Pork Carnitas de Cazuela was very delicious too! I don’t like corn tortillas, so I was able to sub the Gf Mexican rice. I love how fresh everything tasted. Great meal but a bit pricey.

The waiter didn’t really seem to understand what I was asking when talking about gluten free. While it was listed out on the menu what my options were, I felt uneasy about it. I ate it anyway and while it was delicious, I got violently ill.

We ate outside and both ordered gf meals. Waitress was knowledgeable, food was excellent. Enjoyed a drink and chips and salsa before our meals came. The entire meal far exceeded my expectations.

Based on previous reviews I was looking forward to eating here because I’m from out of town. However, I brought my Nima Sensor just in case. The sensor saved my butt cause my test result was GLUTEN FOUND. I spoke to the manager showing him my result and when speaking to the chef he realized that they heat gf tortillas on the same burner as flour 😱 very glad I tested the food prior to eating even with the glowing reviews. I’ve had diagnosed celiac disease for 6 months now so this would have been awful had I just eaten the meal. The manager gave me the meal for free and made sure the replacement meal was made safely. Waiting to see if I have a reaction later. If I do I will definitely post on here.
Soooo good! GF tortilla chips and tons of options clearly marked on the menu.

I was hesitant as it was such a big city, i had no problems with having celiac and eating here. The food was SO good and gluten free.

The table side guacamole with fresh warm chips was awesome!

Service wasn’t that great and in our party of 8 only 2 people actually enjoyed their meal. They serve warm water.
Did late-night drinks and bar snacks here while at a work conference. Solid selection and good food.

This is one of my go-to restaurants. The food is tasty, most of the menu is gluten free, and I've never had a reaction in many visits.
Yes
Huge gluten free menu and great options for other allergies (including our corn free son). Service was perfect and the food amazing. Great find.
Friendly, good food, knowledgeable about gluten, and celiacs.

Amazing food! They have many gluten free options and dedicated fryers. When we informed the waitress of our allergy, she immediately asked if it was Celiac's or preference. They really known the difference and make sure avoid cross contamination. The food is a bit higher than other places, however it is worth it. They are a more classy restaurant and they food was of great quality and taste.

Phenomenal Mexican restaurant. Varieties from all regions of Mexico. Staff is great. Food is delicious. Corn chips fried in separate vat. Very knowledgable on GF and celiac. Dedicated menu.

A little bit more fancy, than what we are used to, but very good food, very good service. Everything seems to be freshly made and has a lot of flavors. Even the corn tortillas is made in house and are really good!:-)))
They have a separate GF menu which has lots of options. The GF chips and guag are amazing! My boyfriend and I ordered the Nacho's and Carnitas both of which were really good. The location on the water is really pretty so this makes a good dinner and fun night out.
about as pricey as everything else in the area, but good food and great service. the bottomless chips and salsa are gluten free, as are both the bottomless refried black beans and rice that come to the table with your meal, so even if you don't find a lot you enjoy, you can fill up with the freebies. the menu is pretty extensive for gluten free, although not as many vegan options. I had a farmer's market vegetable fajita that was deliciously seasoned and a fairly large serving, and a side of fried plantains as well, also delicious, with the dairy on the side. their sangria was excellent as well. I definitely plan to come back here next year.

The food can be celiac safe but it’s honestly pretty bad. I got the quesadilla with the gluten free tortilla which I was super excited about and it was super greasy and tasteless.

Had a great lunch there. The chips they gave with salsa came in their own dedicated frier so they are safe gf. They have color coded plates (green square plate for those with celiac) to prevent cross contamination. Plenty of gluten free options to choose from. I had the chicken tacos with Spanish rice on corn tortillas which were delicious. They do offer a cauliflower cassava tortilla for a quesadilla as well that you can request.
