Exceptional gluten free crust. Too bad it's not a safer cooking environment (shared oven, cooked on the floor of the oven). I've eaten or a few times and not had a bad reaction. Good other safer gluten free options if you're worried about the 🍕 .... But it's so good, you're going to want to eat it.
Definite cross-contamination risk. The pizza is actually labeled "low gluten" on the menu due to shared kitchen space. My gluten-free gnocchi had a regular noodle in it and tested as "gluten found" on my Nima. On the positive side, it was tasty for the two bites I had, and the waitress was extremely apologetic and talked to the kitchen about it.
