Used to be my favorite restaurant until I started getting sick after eating there (3 times, that was the last strike). I’m not sure if it was cross contamination or swapped ingredient brands (ie soy sauce) but I can’t recommend it to my fellow celiacs.
Do not miss this gem! It was absolutely delicious, the service was terrific and for such a lovely dining experience, pretty reasonable.

AMAZING!! My food is always GF and I am met with kindness and curiosity. They have a separate menu and are always willing to meet your needs! I get the gf bread, gf wings, and gf pizza (I’m celiac) and never have any reaction whatsoever
A huge choice of menu items that are gluten free. They also have paleo, keto, and CBD menus. The servers and chef are great with food allergies and can modify most meals to accommodate. Huge dessert tray with tons of gluten and dairy free options! The food is always amazing and the vibe is fun and eclectic.
I'm Celiac. Excellent Food - both Delicious & Beautiful! Amazing & Extensive Menu! Almost every dish is Gluten Free... so many choices! This Fabulous restaurant caters to GF & Paleo. Fried Calamari done in almond flour! Knowledgable wait staff and great service!!
Huge selection of GF options. My date hit the jackpot with this one! Food was delicious.
Jack pot! I can’t remember seeing so many GF items at a non dedicated restaurant. So many GF appetizers, entrees, salads, sides, even dessert. Make a reservation and note your allergy, if you can. One of the managers told me 80% of the items were GF. The menu is slightly confusing on the GF labels, b/c the paleo labels that also qualify, so you end up with more options then what is labeled. I hope they clear this up one day soon.
GF items marked on menu, GF fryer, educated chef and staff, and Kid friendly options. Cross-contamination practices in place. I ate the goat cheese salad, fried calamari and the lava cake….Omgoodness..was all so good! Don’t pass them up! I will be back.
This is my favorite fancy place to eat. Gluten free friendly - but also great for paleo or keto diets. Lots to choose from and so delicious. Wait staff is always helpful. I’ve even had a chef come speak to me once.
They claim that everything on their menu that is paleo is gluten free. However they use communal surfaces and communal fryer for everything and because whoever helps you is just who is nearest and you have no server no care is taken to protect your food. Husband got sick. Even I felt poorly afterwards and im not celiac
They are very aware of what is gluten free and I did not get sick from the food.
The gluten free items are marked as paleo but they do prepare them in a way to avoid cross contamination. I had the fried chicken which came with a delicious poblano sauce. I also tried the paleo lava cake, which didn’t actually have chocolate sauce running in the middle but it was so rich and decadent.
This place is awesome! 90% of the menu is naturally GF or could easily be adapted. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on finding something that I could eat despite many allergies, including gluten.
So many options it is hard to choose!!! Very knowledgeable about celiac and will put in the word that you are celiac. still ask all the questions on cross contamination bc I haven't eaten here enough to know. but recommend!
The food was amazing! So many choices on the menu to be a paleo restaurant. And the desert is the best I’ve ever had! The goat cheese cheesecake is to die for!
my favorite restaurant!! I have literally been here over 50 times and haven't got sick. they have alot of paleo options and paleo desserts. my favorites are the paleo beef bolognese, paleo angry shrimp appetizer, paleo lemon cheesecake, paleo chocolate cheesecake, paleo almond joy cheesecake, paleo chocolate mouse.
plenty of paleo menu options totally free of all common inflammatory foods including all grains, dairy, soy and sugar. very knowledgeable and caring staff. AND even Paleo dessert! Squeal! A feel normal, great food place without consequence. Love this place!

Yes, HUGE paleo selection. So if it's 'paleo' then it's going to be grain-free and thereby gluten free. They have a great desert selection as well with gluten free options. Their enchiladas are YUM! The tortillas are not made of corn or wheat. I forget what they are made of but they are delicious. I've been 3 times and had 3 different dishes and they were all superb! The staff is very knowledgeable about food allergies. This place is always packed when I've been.
This place has a huge paleo menu, so several gluten free options. The food is amazing, and they even have several desserts.
