Not worth the money! Gf bread is dry and sandwich tastes artificial. I asked for a side of mayonnaise or even mustard to help with the dryness, and they said they didn’t have any sauce besides hot sauce. They have messed up my order multiple times before. Overall I don’t recommend it. It’s definitely not worth the price they charge.
It had gluten free items but I ordered the pizza and it was not worth the $10 (pretty nasty and artificial) - if you want good gf pizza go to Barros- didn’t try a sandwich but wouldn’t have high hopes
I had an original sandwich on a gluten free roll. The roll was toasted and the sandwich was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious sandwiches. I’ve never had a reaction. Super nice people working. Plus they have one of those soda fountains where you can add cherry, vanilla flavors to any drink.
So great! Without prompting, staff is trained to keep gf food separate, change gloves, don't use the contaminated knife, etc. Very impressed! The Udi bun was pretty good, though thicker than the standard sourdough bun.
Great sandwich!! Cashier was very patient with me as I asked questions and was very cautionary in selecting my toppings. Will definitely be going back.
They couldn't tell me for sure if the pizza toppings were safe, so I got a sandwich, which was outstanding.
I haven't had schlotzsky's in 4 years due to celiac disease. I was so excited to have a sandwich! It was amazing! Staff is very careful and sweet. No reaction, so I will definitely be back :)
Anytime one orders a sandwich with a gluten free bun, they automatically change gloves, lay down new paper, and use toppings from a different bin. I like having a fast gluten free option that allows me order at the drive thru. Their sandwiches taste like I remember typical Schlotzky's sandwiches to taste. They use Udi's buns.

Very accommodating! It was wonderful to be able to eat a sandwich. Staff is knowledgeable. I have the #2 and plain chips or the potato soup.
Not bad for gluten free, but… IF you want a good experience make sure to order without mustard, mayonnaise, & such. It’s the biggest source of contamination or cross contamination. I add it when I get home, since I started doing this I haven’t been glutened.
I was initially skeptical about dining at a chain restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised—it was great! They prepared our food in a completely separate area and took all the necessary precautions. The manager was excellent at answering our questions, and best of all, I didn’t get sick. Overall, a great experience!
The manager personally made my sandwich and made sure there was no cross contamination. They didn’t cut my sandwich to insure safety. He even made suggestions for my next visit on soups and gf pizza.
They have gluten free bread for their sandwiches and the chips are gluten free. I didn't get sick after eating here.
