This restaurant has a GF menu but it is not accurate. I ordered a GF Rueben and got sauerkraut and corned beef on a bun!

Back in May of 2022 they said the had got rid of the gluten free menu (we were still able to get something GF, just limited, he had grilled boneless chicken wings with a GF sauce)....HOWEVER as of October 2022 they have the gluten free menu BACK!!! There were tons of options and my 6 year old son (with celiac) was thrilled. He ordered GF pizza and GF cheese bread and loved both. He ordered the kids meal pizza, the waitress came out and asked if we wanted to take the rest home or it would just go to waste. Very happy with our experience.

Had a separate gluten free menu with endless options! Ordered the buffalo dip appetizer and it was the best GF bread I’ve ever had. The pizza was super good too, best dough ever!! The waitress was very knowledgeable about celiac. She told me that the owner has celiac too. That’s probably the reason why the GF food is so good! No dedicated fryer, so fries are not on the GF menu. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone!

Very large gluten free menu to choose from! Pizza and hoagie were very good.

They had a great gluten free menu but their pizza oven was broken which limited choices. Bread was typical gluten free bread but it was nice to be able to order a sandwich!

Sometimes they do fine... Food is a bit bland and while bread option is nice- it's not very good. I've eaten there a couple of times, and they messed up my order once, giving me regular bread instead and it maked me very sick. I had to take a long break from this establishment... But since going back, they have not made the same error. I've raised the score from a 2 to a 3.5 star. Good selection is excellent. Gluten free knowledge varies on servers. My poor experience will keep this from getting a 4+ start review- but overall- this place isn't too bad?

Celiac friendly?

No

They have a very large GF menu but their procedures for preparing food is not GF friendly. They don’t use separate pans or utensils unless asked to. I ended having to speak to manager to have them use a clean pan for my son’s pizza. I asked them not to cut it, I would cut it myself when it got to our table. When asked about a dedicated fryer I was told by the waitress they didn’t use gluten oil to fry anything. Ha! So I spoke to the manager and was advised fryer was not dedicated and not safe to eat anything fried. They have a lot of potential just need better practices in place for the GF foods.

Great GF Menu. Buns and Breads from local bakeries give many many options. GF Rye for the Reuben! GF Garlic Bread! Pizza too. Very nice surprise on our trip to Athens so we will check out their other locations too.
