It’s the shake shack chain, but the service was fantastic. Cashier asked specifically if my wife’s burger was an allergy when she ordered a GF Bun and warned us that the cheese fries weren’t gluten free. My wife had a double stack on a gf bun and black and white and it was just like it was a few years ago. A good place to go for an eat when bear Battery Park.

The staff were very helpful and understanding. We enjoyed our experience. I had a lettuce wrapped burger, and it was tasty. The vanilla shake was also delicious, and the woman who put in our food made sure we knew the fries were not safe (they are in a shared fryer.) Overall, I would totally recommend it!

This particular restaurant is the only one to do a gluten free bun and it's well worth visiting. I've been here three times now and they've never not had one. They're running it as a test so hopefully they'll roll it out to other restaurants soon too!
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
I often grab a burger and shake here when my work day is longer than expected. They do have GF buns and all of the staff I encounter are very knowledge about which items on their menu are GF, which are cross contaminated. Those who are very sensitive may want to avoid as they do warn that they do not have a separate kitchen to prepare GF foods in.
Disappointing. Not Gluten Free. No fries, no bun. No point coming here if you have to eat GF
Not really what I would call gluten free. No GF bun, fries are not in separate mix etc.

Knowledgable staff and celeb chef food. Sooo yummy!

Person taking order marked gluten allergy on each item ordered and also gave verbal direction to the kitchen. She said that staff would change their gloves. Food came out with gluten free stickers. GF buns are decent.
Avoid fries but chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry shakes ok.

The only place I’ve found in this airport that seems to have any allergy protocol. Washed hands and glove change for the order, lots of communication about the order. Just a plain hamburger with lettuce but not bad.

My son & I ate here. I’m gluten intolerant. I was pleasantly surprised —the gf bun & burger were delicious!
Update - very limited options. If ordering a burger, ask if onions are fried!!

Super good GF bun and they always ask if I have an allergy. Haven't had a reaction.
