Got the gluten free bun and veggie patty which they assured me was gf. Definitely was not and I had the most painful month-long glutening. F shake shack
No
Great tasting burger but not the largest patty. Would I go back? Sure. They ask if you are asking for a GF bun out of preference or need and if you say “need” they apparently cook the meat on a separate grill. I think so because of the way the person helping was making sure we were being taken care of. DO NOT order the fries. Sometimes I can order the fries even if it is in a non-dedicated fryer and the woman helping us warned me not to, but I was silly and tried it. I paid the price and it was my fault. The fries were good though π. Seems to be a popular place for having just opened in the downtown area.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
I had a burger with a GF bun - it tasted good, but the bun was mediocre quality. There's definitely better GF burgers out there that are also way less expensive

Was under the impression the fries were gluten free but was informed they were not. Just a heads up!!

Every time we go here, all the servers are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. My (Celiac )son loves the gf burgers and has never gotten sick. The shake shack sauce does contain gluten so I always ( though I probably don’t need to) remind them to hold that.

Edit: this was one of the best burgers ive ever eaten.
Really good and celiac friendly menu. French fries has cross contamination so they came and asked me if its okay or no.

I have been ordering from this location for a while now. I usually get the burger with a lettuce wrap or a gluten free bun. Got the gluten free bun this time and they have a new, thinner bun- which I appreciate because it’s not as filling as the bigger, dense gf buns restaurants normally use.
