Although they offer a gluten free bun and ask if it’s an allergy or preference (I said allergy), here I am writing this from the toilet with clearly a gluten reaction. Stay away.

Very pleased with this for a fast food location. She was very proactive and asked if I ordered a gf bun for an allergy. She told me the fries are not safe bc they are cooked in a shared fryer. My order was marked for allergy. No sickies. Might I mention this is the best burger I have ever eaten.
Yes
I forgot to order a GF bun and they made me a new burger. The burger and GF bun were awesome. I didn’t ask about the fryer.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Not safe for celiacs. They told me they had a dedicated fryer, but they couldn't guarantee anything and there were buns and flour all over the kitchen.
No
burgers are safe without bun
Their fries at the kop location are NOT gf. I just called them a moment ago to confirm this with a manager. I was hoping to try this place out several months ago, but their fryer isn't dedicated and they do fry foods with gluten in them making all their fries contaminated. Though some locations do have dedicated fryers, this one doesn't and I suppose its a lesson in asking about the fryer situation at each location you visit since it will vary.
No
Great little restaurant.
When we said GF bun the server yelled into the back to ensure they understood it was “an allergy”. The kitchen folks yelled back and confirmed.
Burger tasted good.
Fries are not GF as fryer is shared with chicken burgers.

Prima en smaakvolle hamburgers! Smaakte daadwerkelijk naar echt vlees en het gv broodje was prima. Veel meer waar voor je geld dan de gele M. Wel wat vet helaas maar erg smaakvol en grote porties.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.

I ordered a gluten free burger (shake burger). It was pretty good and the staff understood what to do for allergies.
