Was told by the manager that neither the milkshakes or the french fries are actually gluten-free. Didn’t even try to eat, walked out and went to five guys.

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.

The staff let me know this location is not the same as other Shake Shack locations, since it is operated by Harry Reid, and the custard in their shakes contain wheat / gluten
They did have an option for a gluten free bun, but it was dry and flavorless
Patties and bacon cooked separate from the buns.
The gluten free buns are surprisingly good. I didn't ask about cross contamination. I usually don't eat at chains but I felt pretty safe here.
Cross contamination is a risk
Was very goof, staff are very celiac friendly
