they offer gluten free buns for their burgers. No dedicated fryer for fries but the burger was nice. No adverse affects after so pretty safe in my eyes

Love the fact that when they didnt knoe / understand they asked. Nondedicated fryer. Fries therefore are NOT GF. Also love that they made sure the line cook knew about the GF allergy.
Yes
Gluten free hamburger buns available. Fries are not gluten free, they are cooked with the breaded chicken and shrimp.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Celiac son loved the gluten free bun! Staff was very knowledgeable and diligent about preventing cross contamination.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed out that the fries are fried in a separate fryer than gluten, but that the oil is filtered in the same filter machine at the end of the night. I have Celiac but do not have GI reactions. If you are very sensitive and get sick easily, you may not want to chance the fries.
Yes
Amazing gf buns and great service. Never get sick here.
Yes
Great food and very good staff. They have allergy training and are good with celiac. I’ve never had a problem here. Also the staff is very kind and wants to interact with customers.
Yes
Great little restaurant.
When we said GF bun the server yelled into the back to ensure they understood it was “an allergy”. The kitchen folks yelled back and confirmed.
Burger tasted good.
Fries are not GF as fryer is shared with chicken burgers.

Prima en smaakvolle hamburgers! Smaakte daadwerkelijk naar echt vlees en het gv broodje was prima. Veel meer waar voor je geld dan de gele M. Wel wat vet helaas maar erg smaakvol en grote porties.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
