When I asked if they had a gluten free menu, they told me no, but they could give me a burger in a lettuce wrap. She asked if it was for a gluten allergy (which I know celiac isn't really an allergy, but I just said yes)when I said yes she called to the back that a gluten allergy order was coming back. When I asked if the shakes were gf, she asked someone. They went to the back, came back and said yes.

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
I always feel better when I see that an airport has Shake Shack, and I had a great experience at this one. A staffer took my order when I mentioned an allergy, and they proactively flagged for me that the Shack Sauce might have gluten in production and should be kept off my sandwich. Easy order, didn’t get sick.

I had a burger with a GF bun - it tasted good, but the bun was mediocre quality. There's definitely better GF burgers out there that are also way less expensive

Was under the impression the fries were gluten free but was informed they were not. Just a heads up!!

Every time we go here, all the servers are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. My (Celiac )son loves the gf burgers and has never gotten sick. The shake shack sauce does contain gluten so I always ( though I probably don’t need to) remind them to hold that.

Edit: this was one of the best burgers ive ever eaten.
Really good and celiac friendly menu. French fries has cross contamination so they came and asked me if its okay or no.
