Do NOT eat at this establishment. I recently ordered a gluten free burger from this location and received my order on a gluten bun (thankfully I was able for realize right away)This lack of care and caution when it comes to food preparation could have resulted in serious injury. Staff are incompetent and service beyond unacceptable

Ate here this last weekend. They asked if my gluten free bun was due to allergy or preference. I told them allergy (celiac) and they were very careful with my food! I also got a vanilla shake with the bacon cheeseburger. Great service and I trust that they were careful.

I was nervous because it was very busy when I arrived. Even so, the cashier was very friendly and as I stood waiting for my order I heard the staff yelling out “allergy!” as they passed my food. They knew what they were doing. I got the gluten free bun and they actually put it on the burger unlike other places that put it in a separate bag. Very tasty!

James gave us amazing service while greeting us and taking our order yesterday evening before a Cubs game was ending. The food was delicious I ate fries and frozen custard!

Had a delicious burger with a gluten-free bun. We had several items for takeout, and they put the gf items in a separate bag marked with „allergy“.

Great little restaurant.

When we said GF bun the server yelled into the back to ensure they understood it was “an allergy”. The kitchen folks yelled back and confirmed.

Burger tasted good.

Fries are not GF as fryer is shared with chicken burgers.

Prima en smaakvolle hamburgers! Smaakte daadwerkelijk naar echt vlees en het gv broodje was prima. Veel meer waar voor je geld dan de gele M. Wel wat vet helaas maar erg smaakvol en grote porties.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
