My daughter has celiac and she loves it here. Not only do they have a gluten free menu they also take a lot of precautions serving and cooking the food. And the food is great! I highly recommend!

Not good. I was okay with the hour wait time because they were upfront about it but we waited an hour for bland, cold, tough chicken, flavorless green beans, and stomach upset. My non-gf partner’s burger was “disgusting”. I really wanted to like this place but we had no luck here.

All the workers were aware of Celiac and Gluten free!! Had several different options to choose from and food was great!!!

The guy who waited on us went as far as to ask how sensitive I was. He went straight to kitchen to tell them I have Celiacs, not just allergy or sensitive, while we waited. Also he brought my food out to me with no other food in his hands. He told me he had just washed his hands as well.

This place was amazing! After browsing their menu online I still had a few questions. We called and they were able to answer all of the questions. They even took the name of our order (we ordered online) and said they would package the GF meal in its own bag for delivery. And they did! This was my first time in the area but will be returning on multiple occasions and Shane’s is now on the “must” list for me. Food was delicious and even had leftovers for lunch the next day!

Owners are awesome! They came to my table and discussed the importance of the differences between Celiac and just people who decide to eat gluten free. They're very knowledgeable the food is excellent I will be back if I come back to Panama City

I have Celiac, so I have to be very careful about where I eat. Shane's has a gluten free menu and the staff is knowledgeable about gluten intolerance. My meal was wonderful! I had ribs, baked beans, and green beans. The food is great on top of being Celiac friendly!

I live in PCB and this is the only BBQ in the area that I have found to be truly gluten free. Food is always delicious and staff is always kind.

Manager and staff very nice - he told us all about their gluten precautions in the kitchen and the food was very good. Pork, baked beans, cole slaw and original sauce were great! Nothing bothered me either! Highly recommended!

Also, their sauces are not only gluten free but celiac approved. Yay!

I ordered a shack potato (loaded). the pork had no sauce on it. The potato was bland tasting and I was VERY VERY disappointed! I still can't get over the fact that there was no BBQ sauce at all!

Gluten free menu with many options. Service was exceptional and staff was very knowledgable about GF. My food came out separately and then about 5 minutes later another staff member came by our table and specifically asked if my food was brought out separately. Food was very good as well! No problems after eating there. Would recommend!

Gluten Free menu was clearly posted right by the cashier when we walked in. This is a fast casual restaurant, featuring BBQ ribs, pork and chicken and all are GF. I had the chicken and my daughter had a 1/2 rack of ribs, both were very good. There are several GF side s available.

Was given a gluten-free menu. Ordered making sure both people understood. Sat down was brought out Texas toast on my ribs. Then was told they would remove the bread. Not safe at all!

Great service, good food. The wings with "buff-Q" sauce were amazing. Chopped pork was a little dry, I would skip it next time. Ribs were tender, and the beans and slaw were delicious.
