Be careful, the vampire dip is on the gluten free menu but comes in a bread bowl with pita chips and sour dough chips that are not gluten free, the veggies listed are under the breads. I told me server that my gluten free burger is for allergy so they aren't knowledgeable.
No
They have a gluten-free menu but are very uneducated about allergies. I have two allergies and when the waiter came back after asking the kitchen he kept saying I couldn't eat any of the items. He apologized for not knowing the difference between gluten and dairy.
No
Contrary to what an earlier review says, I was told that the fryer is NOT gluten free. It's a mild disappointment, but I just got a bigger burger instead.

You can get a burger with a bun, maybe a salad and that's about it. Staff was fairly knowledgable

So now they have dedicated fryer for French fries. However you have to ask for fries without their seasoning, because the seasoning has wheat flour. The original burger was tasty! There is a fried egg in it. 😃 Milkshake was excellent.
cool, they have a separate gluten free menu! they seemed knowledgeable--the waitress told me that although the fries were gluten free, they are cooked in the same fryer as stuff with gluten.

Really good burgers in GF roles. also, milkshake was awesome.
Menu lists fries as gf, however, no dedicated fryer. Dip also labeled as gf, but brought out breaded. Waitress was accommodating and brought out another, but I still left sick.
Celiac here: AMAZING. Separate menu, knowledgable staff, gluten free buns. BEST burger I've ever had. Hands down, I've been all over the country too.
They seemed knowledgeable about GF, and had a separate menu, but I got food poisoning. It was a much different reaction than when I ingest gluten. If you visit, stay away from their famous vampire dip, but I will not be going back.
I really appreciate the separate menu and the food in general is amazing!

AMAZING!!! I'm a Celiac and am usually really really weary of eating out, but I'll eat here without a second thought. After I came here once about a month ago, I've been back several times. No extra charge for gluten free, and everything is reasonably priced considering how expensive beef is right now. They have pear, cherry and apple ciders (YUM). I've had the BBB bacon burger and the old timey both on Udi's buns and they were amazing!! I also had the artichoke cheese dip appetizer and nearly freaked out when it came with bread for dipping... but it was actually a sliced & toasted Udi's bun and it was amazing!! I cant wait to eat my way through the gluten free menu... definitely a favorite. =)

Delicious burgers and milkshakes. Our waiter, Alex, was the best. The staff was very aware of gluten free, they even have a dedicated menu. I have straight up Celiac Disease, and I didn't get sick at all, not even a tiny headache. I got the BBB Bacon Burger. It was so good! I also ordered a side of fries, delicious as well, and shared a milkshake with my husband. We got the Graceland Milk shake. So creamy. I died and went to food heaven! The experience all around was excellent. I almost wish we lived in Pasadena.

I didn’t have the best experience here, which might have tainted my perspective - kitchen did not make the requested GF (allergy was overly communicated) burger with a GF bun - luckily the sever caught it as she set it down and took it back to be remade. She came back very quickly with it and I am not sure that they made a fresh sandwich or just removed and replaced the bun (which I’ll take responsibility for, because she walked away before I could say and I did not clarify or call her back). When it was remade, it came back with the salad on the plate (which is the only GF substitute for the fries) and the salad had croutons. That specifically was not clarified with the server upon order, though the allergy was, so I suspect their employee training on gluten allergy is not high. I did eat about half of the burger, and did not have a confirmed reaction, but did not feel great the next day. I would give it a second wary try, if I found myself there unintentionally.

Loved the Hi Brow Burger! I don't react to food from a shared fryer, so I didn't ask about that. We started with the ahi nachos which were fantastic! Wait staff was knowledgeable and I felt secure in ordering my food. W will definitely be back

The only truly gf option is the hamburger bun. The fries are not cooked in a designated fryer.. and our server didn't know that it's not ok. The food was good. The service was very slow and inattentive. We had to ask for the check after waiting 10 minutes. Granted it was a Saturday night. I am reluctantly saying that it is celiac friendly for someone who is very aware.
