Smashburger

Most of the gluten free options taste great but the burger buns still needs some tweaking to taste better. I know this can challenging. For the most part I will eat there again.

— Good

Probably one of the best burger/fries combo I’ve had. Delicious, a fair amount of options and very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. They also were quick to ask for help if they didn’t know if something was or wasn’t gluten free.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Cashier told me he had celiac and understood my pain and being hesitant to try something new. Dedicated fryer and burger was good. I did get a bun however instead of a lettuce wrap like I asked (Udis)

I didn't go to this location, I went to the one in Del Lago. but they seemed to know my needs very well and were aware of what I was able to have on the menu. I had an avocado burger on a gluten free roll and smashfries. They also changed their gloves. There is always risk of cross contamination but as long as you go when they aren't busy I think you will do just fine.

Smashburger offers gluten free buns for hamburgers and has a dedicated fryer for fries. Very greasy but at least I can enjoy gluten-free fast-food and bonus for fries.

The cashier was very knowledgeable about what was gluten-free. They recently changed their burgers’ spice recipe to make it gluten-free. They have gluten-free buns. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free french fries as well as gluten-free sweet potato fries.

They have gf buns and a gf veggie burger that is good. Also have a gf fryer.

I wasn’t in the mood for a bun so I ordered the brisket burger without a bun, smashtots and crispy brussel sprouts. It was delicious, no reaction and they have a dedicated fryer for fries, tots and yam fries.

GF Burgers They have the glutenfree bun, but cross contamination is possibile. They also said that the french fries are ok because there is no breaded or wheat floured food. I had no reaction.
