They have a gf gravy for the poutine. Watch out for items you are throwing in. The server mentioned the sausage may not be gf.

Smoke's came highly recommended from my girlfriend who is celiac as well. I have since been twice. My first experience, i was aware their only gluten free gravy was a peppercorn style gravy/sauce. Im not a fan of these sauces. So i ordered a poutine minus the gravy and added my own gluten free gravy and it was nice. However, i went in recently and they've changed their gluten free gravy! Its vegan too! I assumed i would only be able to have the original poutine, but the lady was like, oh no, theres lots! The first one she said was pulled pork! I stopped her there because that is what i wanted. So i had the pulled pork poutine with the gravy and the whole shabang and it was amazing! Really hit the spot. So happy to see a place that offers celiacs an option to eat something that you don't have to modify and enjoy like a normal person. Tastes as good as i remember it before i was diagnosed. Highly recommend. And the lady there was super nice!
Have had great experiences with the traditional poutine. They have a dedicated fryer, and GF veggie gravy, just have to ask. They even pulled out the ingredients list in the gravy to show us that it’s GF. My partner hasn’t tried more than the traditional as to not risk it and been fine every time!

On the website it says to ask a staff member for ingredient list/dietary safe options, however when we went in person we were told that no such thing was available. We had no way of figuring out what was gluten free and ended up having to go elsewhere.

First time eating poutine.... Sad truth for a celiac Canadian. Great friendly service assured my safety. Deelicious fries. Thank you 👍

Fries were good, grilled chicken was ok, veggie gravy was delicious. The guy working didn’t want to be there. Made me sick though.

When I talked to the manager, he said he has celiac disease so he understood my needs exactly and knew what I could eat safely. Fries are the only thing they do so there’s no chance for cross contamination in the fryers. I love the fries with gravy and curds topped with bacon best although they do have other options of gf toppings. He is working with corporate to do more for people who have celiac disease.
